My first time! Upon arrival very clean and welcoming atmosphere. Customers were sitting, eating, and engaged in conversations. The person that took my order greeted me with a smile and very friendly. My chicken sandwich and chocolate milkshake was delicious. I definitely would good back.
Awesome. Marilyn was amazing. She greeted us as soon as we walked and explained how to order. Food was unbelievably good. We got burgers. Cheese fries and kids got chicken bites. Amazing
The vibe inside is great. Cool AC inside for that relief from the summer heat. I love the ordering kiosk. Let's me take my time customizing my order. Food wait is about 7 minutes. Fast and not too long.

Shake Shack has always been one of my favorite burger place. This is my first time going to this specific one and I had an awesome time. I was able to order through the kiosk. Kinda pricey for a chain but I did enjoy my burger. My husband had the bourbon one, didn’t really care for it. They once had pb shakes, they were delicious.

Food was good. Burgers were small, but flavorful. Got the black truffle burger. If you're hungry, one won't fill you up. Shakes were thick and tastes like made from real ice cream.
Shake Shack never disappoint! Always a pleasure to eat at my favorite fastfood chain in the US when I visit. The burgers are insane and cheese fries are one of my treats!
1. Sundaes?! My local Shack does NOT have sundaes! 2. Indoor dining was cramped for sure with only a handful of tables; but the outdoor patio was gorgeous and sunny in the evening. Food as expected was delicious!
I had the best experience at Shake Shake Little Italy! My flight got cancelled and I was able to use my food voucher at Shake Shack. The manager, Chris, was beyond helpful and very attentive. He made sure that I didn’t forget my cheese sauce :) Perfect place for a quick bite, always hits the spot
