We drove to this McDonald to get a happy meal for my daughter as we get in line and waited over 20 mins to come to the window n we are told the system is down n we can’t sell any food. Common sense and good customer service would’ve been if somebody came outside and let customers know the system is
The drive-through line was super long at 830pm and all the way to the street so we parked and went inside. Order for some chicken nuggets took over 20 mins. On my way out, I noticed every single trash can (inside and outside) were overflowing with trash. The entrance mat was so dirty and nasty…made
I just read a few reviews and on the contrary, I had an amazing experience. Fresh food. Didn't wait long for a Saturday night. Order was accurate and food was fresh. This McDonalds is way out there (better) than the one close to where I live. Great job!; to the staff on duty tonight. 05/28/22

Always a good experience! I stopped at the one on Rio Rancho Road by the 71 for breakfast and I was in and out in 5 minutes at the drive thru! I haven't been served that fast in a long time. It reminded me of McDonald's in the 70's in Chicago when they had the fastest service in town!
Slowest and worst McDonald’s experience of my life. Waited over 20 minutes just to be given the wrong order. We eventually had to ask them about it at which point they finally made it. When they gave us the “correct” order it was still missing things. At no point did the crew apologize for the wait
They forgot the cookies I ordered. I already left the pick up window when I realized it was not in the bag. Only the drive thru window was opened. I have to go back and wait in the drive thru line. When I got the cookies, they didn’t even say sorry. Just $&@##&.
