NY boy living in California. It can be hard to find really good pizza in San Francisco. Many have told me to try Za. It took me a while, but finally made it! Had a slice of their sweet sausage and cheese. Both were delicious. Perfect crust, cheese is amazing. Just an all around solid slice
It's the biggest pizza i've ever seen! And the best pizza I've ever had.

This pizza place is one of the best pizza places I’ve ever been too. Wonderful customer service too would definitely recommend to anyone in the area,stop by here and grab a slice or two.
Delicious, italian style pizza! The staff is super kind and the whole place has a very appealing family atmosphere.
We went for the medium-sized pizza which was enough to satisfy two kids and two adults. In case you are more or less hungry, you can also order by the slice.

We've all been to the NY Pizza place with super rude workers where the food is unbelievable so we put up with bad service. This place is like that except everyone who works here is crazy nice to me. Amazing food. Even better staff. 10 out of 5 stars.
Classic Nob/Russian Hill on Hyde. Returned recently after 20 years hiatus and the potesto pizza tasted exactly as remembered. Some good things shouldn't change. Very friendly place too.
I've been grabbing a slice and a pint here for 19 years. It's the absolute perfect neighborhood pizza joint. Everyone is wonderful, the beer is cold and the pizza is fantastic. Now my son gets to hang out here too! I love this place.
