The Ice Cream Bar - San Francisco - Photo album

How can you not love The Ice Cream Bar? The location of Cole Valley is great for this gem and love the fact that despite offering boozy ice cream, families and those of any ages can join in on the fun. They have a small bar area but we all got non alcoholic drinks. The affogato HITS I got butterscot
I recently visited Ice Cream Bar and was blown away by the cool, vintage ambiance of the place. The decor is very unique and adds to the overall experience. The indoor seating is ample and comfortable, making it a great place to hang out with friends. The staff at Ice Cream Bar is also very kind an
A great ice cream spot at ANY time of day. I love the atmosphere quite a bit and enjoyed coming here in the late evening. I tried 3 different flavors and all were delicious! Fudge brownie (maybe the best one), Mint Chip, and Carrot Cake.
Excellent quality ice cream. Excellent service. A great experience all around. Flavors are pretty straight forward which I love. The place is very clean with a awesome retro feel/look. Can't wait to come back to try different flavors. The Banana Pudding ice cream was delightful. The Milk Chocolate
Always a treat. The Root Beer float is a favorite. I’m glad the soda glasses are back. A real soda is not the same in a plastic cup. Sitting at the soda fountain watching the Soda Jerk is the second best part. The ceiling is from an old building in Mackinac, Michigan. Great nostalgic vibe with cool
Rare and nostalgic with quality treats! Had the brownie sundae with vanilla and coffee ice cream and a slice of nectarine-raspberry pie warmed up. The desserts, the atmosphere, and the staff were all incredible.

Got there before they opened and there were already people waiting for the business to open, I took that as a good sign. Nice Art-Deco design. I had the Dublin Honey, my daughter had the Fortunado's Reviver and her friend had the Royal Red. Both of those were tasty. I think on my next visit I'm goi
Very retro place to hang, I got the mango passion fruit and dark chocolate which are both vegan and I thought they were really good, both those ice creams were really smooth and delicious
Wonderful ice cream shop and classic soda fountain. Ice cream sandwiches, banana splits and so much more. They have classic flavors and seasonal ones. They also serve a few alcoholic beverages and malts or milkshakes with a little extra. Very popular so often crowded just take a number and they'll g
This place is so cute and mostly fun. We sat at the soda bar and were told we couldn't order ice cream there.... okay, but we wanted sodas and ice cream, too... but whatever. So we go to order our affogato and root beer float at the ice cream counter... and we weren't sure how/where to pay, so we o
Love this place for our weekly date night. We have been going for several years. Banana split is our favorite. The atmosphere is wonderful, ice cream made on site and delicious, and staff always welcoming and friendly.
