Piccino is an absolute gem. The food is incredible, the cocktails are phenomenal, the service is on point, and the atmosphere is really warm and cozy. There’s nothing on the menu that won’t make you exhale deeply. And if you’re thinking olives aren’t a big deal try them I swear they must be covered in dopamine, they’re ridiculous. If you have the opportunity, I recommend sitting at the chef’s counter. Something magical about watching the kitchen staff work, building that anticipation, and then the payoff when the plate lands in front of you. Absolutely worth the trip.

Vibe at Piccino was laid back but elevated. I went for lunch on a weekday when it first opened and it was not packed when I left. It felt like a sunshine filled cafe suitable for a cup of coffee/lunch while working. 4 stars for food: The white pizza I ordered had garlic slices and chili oil on it. Usually like white pizza because of a lighter taste than red. But the garlic slices and chili oil made the entire pizza too heavy to finish. Wish it had better balance. Dough was good though! For the cappuccino, I felt the coffee was a bit burnt. Great environment and would be a suitable place for group dining or a date night.

Good food (focaccia and duck were our favorites), the duck was better than the pastas IMO. Desserts weren’t worth it. Ok prices for the quality. Nice atmosphere in the dining room, but we were seated in a weird entryway by the door which was nice and private, but disruptive when people walked in and out

Good place with an modern chic ambiance. The best for brunch and dinner, but the reservation is paid. I like the indoor seating more. Food is Italian casual, nothing too fancy, but the quality of components is good and chief knows his craft. The service was fast and friendly, we definitely had good time at this place. The only thing that made me put 4 stars is super small dessert menu (just couple of options)

Nice brunch spot in the Dogpatch. A little overpriced but food tastes good overall We got a few dishes to share and it ended up being $40 per person. They also charge a 5% surcharge. When booking it’s either outdoor patio or communal table (indoors). We sat indoors and felt fine when there was a couple beside us since there was a good amount of space between us despite being at the same table. Food that we got Banana muffin w/ maple butter - probably my least favourite that we got. It’s very small and the banana taste is not very strong Short rib hash - good blend of seasonal veggies that elevated the taste of the dish Soft scramble - the winter squash really added to the taste and texture of this simple dish. Potatoes are well fried Funghi pizza - very delicious and mushroom-y French toast - not as heavy or sweet as the typical French toast which I like. Flavours are well balanced

Came for brunch at 12 on Saturday. Plenty of empty tables available inside but only a couple outside. Service was a little slow since they were busy but was great otherwise. Food was amazing.

Great experience and food is amazing. We had Bianca pizza and flat herb omelette both are great. Would definitely come back to try out other pizzas.

It’s another commodity place in San Francisco. It’s not a place that you can not replace. The food is good. Portions are little for the price. Pizza is good but not the best. Pet friendly. They have seats outside. And the service is good. My favorite part the duck confit. Burrata was also good but little. You can share just with one.

Healthy and yummy Italian restaurant in Dog Patch. They don’t serve lunch menu during weeked though. I visited here on Sunday and ordered healthy brunch🍃Small portion but easy to share. Duck ragu was unique and delicious! Meatballs and frech toasts are nothing but good👍🏽

Great location and setup! The staff were great. The menu is limited and the dishes are small but tasty. I had a cappuccino and it was not great (coffee sob) but the teas were good. I would visit again.

Interior and vibe is great. There're big tables to host big groups. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Savory bread pudding, pizzas and omeltte is so good. If food portions can be bigger, it would be perfect.

Food was very good but pricey for the quantity. The olives were the best ones I've ever had. We got the octopus and the beef short rib. The octopus was prepared perfectly, and the short rib was exceptional. Everything was plated beautifully. We reserved a table in advance through "open table" but got there a bit sooner and got in just fine. They ran out of a few desserts, but we stayed later, so it's not surprising. The Chocolate mousse and walnut ice cream was wonderful. We found this place through the 2019 Michelin guide.

One of the most underrated Italian gems in SF! Exquisite experience, great service, mouthwatering menu. I think I dreamed about the banana bread last night 😅🤣 after having it for brunch.
