Fang - San Francisco - Photo album

Fang restaurant is a unique dining experience that left me with mixed feelings. The sesame balls were definitely an acquired taste for me, but I appreciate the opportunity to try something different. On the other hand, the pot stickers were absolutely amazing! Bursting with flavor and perfectly cook

We ate such delicious foods Peking Pork Spare Ribs, Porkbuns, Shrimp Dumplings & more…. So tender the meat was falling from the bones & flavors galore!! Thanks Peter for a g
Food is DELICIOUS. We were seated promptly and served our food quickly. Note to east coasters: some of the dishes are different from what you're familiar with. Not bad, just different and that's a good thing! We finished all our food like wild animals.
We arrived to Fang without anything preconceived. The chef greeted us himself and convinced us on going chefs choice. No regrets. This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Core memory unlocked by the hands of Chef Fang.
The appetizers were phenomenal. The Potsickers and Wontons had a nice sweet mustard sauce with lots of flavor. Do not miss out on the Pork Belly Buns, they were some of the best I've had. The main courses didn't fair as well. The fried rice presentation was an event, but the dish was on the greas
Trendy Chinese fusion with a family owned vibe. What makes this place special is that Peter Fang will come to your table and order for you after asking for any dietary restrictions. It’s a personalized Chinese “omakase” tasting. The dishes are unique and well executed making for a memorable experie
Our friends recommended that we should always request for something off the menu. So we told the waiter that we just needed enough food to feed 5 people. Every dish that came out was spectacular and flavorful. They even surprised us with a candle in a sesame ball for our friend's birthday. Definitel
Great time here! Food was great and the owners are phenomenal! Highly recommend
The chef sent us more food than we could consume, but it all was very delicious.
Came to San Fran to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Dinner was fantastic. The Honey Shrimp and Mongolian Beef was so good. We met Kathy who was super nice and helpful, giving us some San Fran tips. Love this place!
My favorite was the wonton soup, which was fantastic and unlike any wonton soup I’ve had before. The other dishes were good, but not great especially at their price.
Trendy Asian in downtown. Staff were all very helpful and food was great. Kathy made a point of visiting as many tables as she could and we had a great conversation. we will stop by again next trip
We saw this restaurant on the food network and decided we just had to try it! And I’m so glad we did! The food was nothing short of delectable. I would love to tell you exactly what we ordered, but the owner came and ask us if we trusted him. The answer was, of course yes, and he did not disappoint
If you have the opportunity to go, this is a must do! Mr. Fang served us family style and we got to try a little of everything it was so delicious! I loved the Mongolian Beef short ribs. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!
The food in this place is fantastic. A total must go! The only negative, the food seems to come in a random order and not grouped by parties. But that's it. The taste is great.
I love that Chef Peter Fang ordered for us since it’s our first time here! I started watching the show and soon I saw the show I booked dinner on our first day at the Bay! And this place did not disappoint! That soup is amazingly light and tasty. Everything was amazing. Best Chinese food I’ve ever h
Omg, this place… I made reservations 9 months ago. I saw them on Food Network. We arrived, we were seated promptly. The owner came to our table , asked us if we had decided on food, we said not yet. And he said I will take care of you. The food kept coming. We kept eating!!! Short ribs to die for, b
