The beer was pretty good and there were quite a few options. We tried every beer they had on tap and a couple stood out for sure. The tapas we ordered were hit & miss. We really liked the empanadas, potatoes and asparagus, but the tortillas and the ceviche left quite a bit to be desired.
Wow what a surprise to your taste buds!!!! After a long day of work this is the perfect place for food, fun and friends. Atmosphere was live, food was just delicious and a perfect place to try something new. When we stopped in we had the pleasure of enjoying there special menu of restaurant week. W
The beer flight was a good starter. I would give the hamburger 3 stars, the grilled chicken sando 4 stars. The potatoes are ok but not very interesting. Our server was delightful and informative about all the beers.
The beer is decent, but the service is excellent. The bartenders were very passionate when explaining how their brewery works and what each beer was. They don't keep the same beer on tap for very long, so that's a reason to visit periodically and try new things.
Great location, outstanding cask ale and superb tapas. All delivered with top notch service. The waiter evevn drew me a map to to the closest bus stop!
Small but nice selection of different beers on tap. Tapas are really tasty and the thirsty burger is so delicious. Service personal was always helpful (recommended entrees and some dessert options) and super friendly. We went to the Bartlett Hall as well but we liked the thirsty bear so much more an
Went for a business lunch and really enjoyed it. Caesar salad with added chicken was delicious. The deviled eggs could have used a bit more zip. The piquillo pepper tapas was beautiful, like little elf hats full of tuna mush, very tasty. Loved the atmosphere. Did not deliver into their brew se
Hip beer and tapas joint. Food is expensive, but expected in San Francisco. Loved the flatbread! Worth checking out, especially on Sundays when the flamenco dancers are performing! They're amazing!
Great selection of brews on draft. Had the Howard Street IPA for 8$ a pint along with the Thirsty Burger which was absolutely fantastic ($16) and came with a side of potatoes. Service was friendly and fast. Would highly recommend.
So the organic brewery thing sounds like a gimmick, but the beer here is great! I got the flight (which was really decently priced) and tried everything on the menu. 90% of what I tried was clean, unique, and crisp. From what I can tell the food is high quality as well. Definitely a great brewery.
