Convenient location. Pretty fast service. Pink drink tasted just how I ordered it. Iced coffee did mot have sugar in it. Like I ordered it. Overall, a good experience.

This Starbucks location has recently been remodeled and now has ornate lighting fixtures, a marble countertop, and renewed displays. Cups are labeled with sizes and sweetener packets are also in display. Orders are done pretty quickly,

ALL seating has been removed - apparently from all Union Square locations. But, extra accommodating staff, with a location set in a historic hotel, right by the cable cars and shopping.
This has been my first Starbucks experience in the USA. It is amazing and I love it. Try the pumpkin spice late!

I really appreciate and like this location! Staff is always greeting you, always nice to you and if you come in more often they will remember your name and your order! Food and drinks fine but no seating so need to get around the corner and have it on Union Square among the pigeons.
Staff friendly and efficient. Store was usually busy, but was able to order and receive my beverage quickly. Nice location close to Sir Francis Drake, Union Square, and Cable Car stop. Really liked the long 'counter-type' seating option, efficient use of a smaller space.
