I feel like I'm telling y'all a secret leaving a review for this place. But first make a reservation via Open Table for this place. Secondly, their dim sum is amazing. Some dishes are just alright, but 90% is super solid and reasonably priced dim sum. It's not a huge place, with only a couple tables for larger parties, which is why I recommend the reservation option. Their dumplings are ⭐⭐⭐⭐!
Perfect place for a hearty dim sum feast! The portions are generous! I was surprised by the size of the dim sums. Fast and efficient service, accommodates special requests (bok choy cooked with garlic). Wonton soup was warm and hearty, lotus leaf sticky rice was exactly what it was supposed to be. Soup dumplings aren’t the best I’ve had, but still hit the spot. Would love to try more dishes, not enough room in my stomach.
Cantonese’s Dimsum- a heart delight wonder foods, at this Michelin rated restaurant was a very nice experience. Ordered a varieties of dimsum as shown in the pictures ... the baked barbecue pork bun was superb so also the seafood Noodle in the clay pot. If you visit San Francisco, give it a try! They make quality foods.
Long queue as we were there on Sunday lunchtime. The restaurant has full variety of dimsum dishes and really remind me of true Asian feeling.
The pork bun dish was really great. Portion of all dishes were huge (American style).
Awesome! It’s Michelin rated!!!! Lovely food and great service! Bill adds up quick however we really enjoyed our meal! Dumplings were fantastic!
The food is marvelous. Can become a long-wait around 2 pm. Highly recommend D/F Taro dumpling, D/F shrimp dumpling and sauteed pea shoot with garlic
Decent prices for dim sum, esp for SF (though Chinatown proper may be cheaper and slightly yummier). Big selection and lots of variety. Order from a menu instead of a cart. The dim sum plates were missing a lot of the sauces that would usually come with. Not the best I've had in the Bay Area, but good enough.
$1.50 per person charge for tea.
Long wait. But at least they give you honest wait times.
5* for the excellent service. Food arrives within minutes of ordering.
Though I believe Hong Kong Lounge would have been a better choice than Hong Kong Louge II (greater variety at the former), this place was certainly a wonderful experience!
I definitely reccomend the coffee glazed pork ribs. The taste is a perfect blend of salty, sweet, and bitter. Very unique.
The only drawback is the hefty price, but it's worth it in my opinion!
Great dim sum for groups (and they take reservations for 6+ people so you can plan ahead!
Hands down best place to have Dim Sum for the first time. Go with a group of people. We enjoyed a feast for two people. Best the to go is 10:30 am, than there's a wait.

Dated interior, but great dim sum selection. go with a group so you can order and try many different ones.
Food was great, service was great. The Honey Walnut Prawns we’re top notch and the Sweet & Sour Chicken was as well.
Staff is always friendly there. Even on the busiest weekends. Good high quality food and ingredients, not overly greasy, and general attention to detail makes this establishment a must-go.
Recommend the baked BBQ bun. Food was good, but this place is pretty pricey for dim sum.
Solid dim sum and good service. Come early, lines to get in are long on the weekends.
Great find with traditional dim sum. Try the curry mushroom samosa for something outside the norm.
First off, the food is delicious! The service is wonderful! It's pricey though, that's about the only downside but if you're not ready to spend $60 AT least for two... You may want to skip this. My heart filled with joy as I ate their vegetarian dumplings filled with mushrooms, and then again when I had the fried sesame balls for dessert. Do NOT skip dessert!
