The pork belly is quite fatty for my taste (but that's pretty standard for pork belly). And I'd say the gluten free noodles are good but not great, but when it comes to gluten free ramen, options are slim and this is a great choice.

Ramen Yamadaya is my absolute go to for vegan Ramen. I am a vegetarian and their vegan Ramen is rich and delicious. It is served quickly and it always hits the right spot! Highly recommended for vegans and non vegans alike!
Great little ramen place. Got there around 7:30 on a Wednesday night and there was no wait. Service was quick and attentive. Perfect portions for a full meal. Pork belly on the ramen was so good!
It was a unique place with unique flavors. Sake was delicious. I was the last one to leave. Not bad but I guess it's not my type of cuisine. I had the gluten free ramen. Meat was a bit tough. And just had some odd flavors.

I got a pork belly rice dish, and overall I felt that the prices and portions were reasonable. Pork was cooked well, along with a light cabbage side and egg made this a well-rounded lunch. The location in Japantown is convenient and the square + mall is right next to it.
