Very delicious ceasar salad and blueberry pie❤️very recommending this place. They also have tables outside if you like to enjoy the sunny weather. Very close to Lombard street.
This was the exact SF-style cafe I wanted to experience as an out-of-towner visiting SF for the first time. The coffee was great but the sapore bagel was even greater. Who knew mustard tasted so well on a bagel!
Caffe Sapore is an absolute gem!!! The bagels are AMAZING. Everything is so fresh and delicious. The staff is so wonderful and friendly. I highly highly recommend stopping in, you will not be disappointed!
Ordered the Human Mia, the sandwhich which came out warm, the the bagel was soft and the flavors were incredible. So glad we stopped for a bite to eat. The atmosphere is great, really enjoyed this place.

Nice place, welcoming and unpretentious. We had breakfast here twice and enjoyed generous good quality meals, in particular the granola, fruit and youurt. Good coffee and reasonable prices. 60s Bob Dylan play list could do with a little variety though.
Excellent pastries and tea/coffee. Cute atmosphere. Plenty of seats near large windows to people watch. Friendly staff. Convenient location in Russian hill. Fast walk to the “crooked st” for your tourist friends.
Food took a while to come out because everything was made fresh. The spinach and feta turnover was phenomenal! We also had a bagel called The Bomb, which was quite good. The place wasn't very busy on a Saturday morning.
What a great find! I happened upon this place and ended up having wine & reading a book while students, tourists and neighborhood folk stopped in for everything from coffee to dinner. My wife and I eat at Caffe Sapore once a week. Great food and nice sized portions. We love the smoked salmon bagel. It is easily big enough to split and be satisfied. Very kid friendly.
We stumbled across this Cafe after coming down there crooked part of Lombard street. Really glad we stopped. Staff was super friendly, food was great (Nutella bagel and breakfast croissant) and coffee was fantastic.
Great place with kindly attendants. We've came with rusty English (as the group translator It've been so hard to me) and few English speakers but they've made us feel comfortable and relax. I recommend them for foreigners because of the tasty food and such a great service.
Cute shop. Friendly service. Guy ringing me up joked with me. I grabbed one of the Naked brand juices and he said “I see you like to drink your juice Naked.” :). Got a tasty breakfast bagel.
Why is this my favorite breakfast spot in North Beach you ask? You mean aside form the amazing (hilarious and sassy) staff? Probably because they make the absolutely best quiche Lorraine! And while you're there, go for some pastries. Trust me ... Just do it!!
