La Traviata - San Francisco - Photo album

Cozy, low lighting, very romantic. Its extremely intimate, be prepared to whisper. No dress code but expect to pay roughly $50 a person. The espresso was amazing. The desserts were great! Got the shrimp and scallops. Didn't disappoint. The gnocchi was just as good as the other reviews say! Overall a
The food was great, the service was great. They were able to accommodate us quickly even though we didn't have a reservation. When they served the food it was so good we all had each other try our dishes.
Once you step inside, you are instantly transported from the (wonderful) chaos of Mission street to a peaceful, cozy restaurant that feels pulled right out of Italy. The lighting is low, the opera music gorgeous and servers very friendly and attentive. The food was authentic and delicious. The servi
A gem in San Francisco. Italian restaurant managed by a lovely Albanian family. The food is top quality and done according to the most accurate recipes. The owners are friendly and professional. They take care of every table as a family member would do. Highly recommended to everyone who wants to h
La Traviata was a terrific surprise for me and my wife. After trying to go to another restaurant in the neighborhood, which couldn't receive us as they were completely booked, we found La Traviata, whose servers kindly welcomed us (and some other guests who arrived later) even though it was close to
Very high quality Italian food in the mission!! A little hard to find but once you’re inside it’s a super nice white table cloth dinner spot, great for dates or dinners with family/friends. I recommend the burrata bread and the lasagna, but you can’t go wrong with anything here.
This is me and my girlfriends go to Italian spot. We found it when we were walking by, the ambiance is perfect real candles, little roses and a beautiful intricate ceiling. The owners gave us a wall tour of all their photos and we shared wine with a regular who had his photo up from turning 21 decad
I have been coming her for many years. Decades really. It's the kind of place you'd want to take your parents (at least my parents). Quiet with very comfortable old school type booths , tables covered with white cotton tablecloths. The very congenial owner is the server (and frequently the chef!) al
Such a gem! Real Italian in the mission! Italian music flooding your ears. Obvious "regulars" enter the restaurant eying their "usual" booth. They draw out the chef to speak with who engulfs them in traditional hugs and kisses! It was amazing to watch! The food.. oh my! Gnocchi was absolutely meltin
This place is the best. Not too expensive, awesome pasta, friendly servers that will explain Italian wine and concepts to me, and a comfortable atmosphere. It looks fancy but it feels like you're in a comfortable environment when you're there
