Great spot for a date night. The food and drinks were delicious! We got the Florio Martinis, the caeser salad, the meatballs, bolognese pasta and the steak. Everything was delicious - my favorite was the bolognese pasta. The staff were friendly and prompt.

There are several restaurants in SF that make “simple” dishes extremely well. Florio is one of them. Both trout and steak frittes were excellent.
The atmosphere is not as warm as I like it.
So many neighbors recommended Florio and the ambiance food and service were all great. I was very impressed by how all the staff were genuinely happy and welcoming…very rare in restaurants these days. Can’t wait to visit again soon!
A classic neighborhood establishment, with a "Film Noir" feel . Most everything is house-made, including the pasta.
This is a great place! It's full of regulars from the neighborhood which is always a good review in itself. The staff are really welcoming and the vibe is super laid back.

Nice cocktails, expected meatballs to be better (it was a bit salty and tough), they charge a buck for each slice of bakery focaccia with olive tapenade. Entrées were good, as was dessert, warm olive oil cake with a small swoosh of persimmon coulis and vanilla ice cream.
