Great Pho. Spicy means spicy! Not at all oily or greasy. Clean, fresh, fine staff. Not sure why they have a TV set where hardly anyone can view, playing Gilligan's Island? Lol.

I thought the food was really delicious. Service wasn't great but I sat at the bar so I won't hold it against the bartender.

Cute little space with 1 communal table and a few 2 tops for dining in. Very popular lunch spot. I got the bun noodle bowl with grilled lemongrass pork. It was so delicious and perfectly grilled. The veggies were crisp and fresh and the vermicelli noodles were al dente. I would definitely recommend Tin for an authentic Vietnamese lunch. Finally, consider ordering ahead to avoid a 10-15 min wait during peak lunch times, either way Tin is worth the wait.

All about the catfish clay pot. Could eat it with a spoon. It's been perfect every time except for one instance where it was way too salty (shame, shame chef for that night). Good service, nice ambience, this is a solid place. Oh, and their pho is pretty good, too. Dec 2015.

Enjoyed the food here! I had the chilli lemongrass chicken and it tasted great the catfish tasted great as well. Beer was fairly priced and the pho bowls were sized well too. There is plenty of seating for different sized groups. They played great old school hip hop and recent hits and just at the right levels where you don't have to scream to speak at your table mates. Acoustics are pretty good hear overall. Service was great too Worth making a visit!

=========Update Oct 2018======== Bun Rieu: - Do not order this soup noodle - It is the worst dish I have ordered at Mau. It's so salty that I couldn't finish the dish, and I hate wasting food. =========Update Sept 2018======== So glad to know that Mau hasn’t change much since 2 years ago. Service still a bit slow but the food is worth it. It’s normally hard to find a place that both my vegan friend and I like, but I think Mau did it. My friend loves the vegetarian egg roll. Even though it’s an appetizer, the portion is big enough to be a meal. My catfish noodle bowl is so good. 4 large pieces of perfectly seasoned and cooked catfishes on a bed of rice noodle and vegetables. The dish comes with a pungent shrimp paste sauce (I love it!), so don’t order it if you are not used to the smell. ========Original======== I usually get the pho here. It's not the best but they do use high quality meat and it's a decent portion. Also try the clay pot rice. Service could be slow, which is my only gripe.

Blown away at how good this place was. It hit the spot! I got the lemongrass pork vermicelli and also the Pho Ga (chicken). The pork is like the consistency of soft jerky on crack, but with no jerky musty after taste. The portions are good, and I was full and good to stop a little more than halfway through, but couldn’t stop eating. The pho broth had great flavor and they put plenty of chicken in. So satisfied! The price is right, and the atmosphere matches well.

Good stuff! I went with a friend in the neighborhood. Started with the crispy spring rolls and their sauteed garlic bok choy. Both very tasty. For the main I had pho bo which was great, and she crushed a virmicelli bowl. It was a very good experience and good vibe. Give it a shot.

HUE ROLLS OH MY GOD. also had the pho ga, which was a mild and lovely warm noodle soup- great for a cold day and not too much spice. Loved the noodle bowls with meat as well. Great spot.

Delicious food, friendly service staff, and a lovely modern venue. Tried their beef roll vermicelli salad, and loved it! Serving size was generous, with a good mix of veggies, noodles, and protein. The beef was nicely grilled and had good flavor. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Overall really enjoyed eating here!
