Very good Mexican food just outside of Union square. There are some fancier places for Mexican in the area but avoid those tourist traps. This is the real deal. The burritos are packed and delicious dry or wet. The tacos hit every time. The soup is just like how grandma made it. The salsa’s are fresh and chips crunchy. I just wish they’d bring back the beef tongue in tomato sauce. Dos burritos up 🌯🌯

Great value, flavorful food. I had a regular quesadilla. I couldn't choose between the chicken and pork, so I asked to have half chicken and half pork. Both meats were tender. I also had guacamole and the mild salsa. The quesadilla was made with a 12" tortilla and rolled up, more like a giant burrito than a quesadilla. It was cut into two halves and was more food than I could eat in one sitting. I had a cup of agua de sandia, which was like watermelon juice. I also ordered chips and salsa and dined-in because there was seating. However, there wasn't a restroom. My meal cost less than $20 in total and I had a large amount of food. If you're looking to have a filling meal without paying that much, this is the place for you.

Been craving breakfast tacos and this place delivered! Only one choice: chorizo, eggs, potatoes, cheese and salsa on a corn tortilla, but boy is it delicious. Can also have it burrito style on a flour tortilla. Yum!

I love hole in the wall taquerias. One taco was piled so high with tasty goodness it was the perfect stop before seeing a play down the street. Service was good and if I'm ever in the area and need a quick bite I won't hesitate to pop back in.

Great hole in the wall place. Being from Texas we were looking for breakfast tacos. Chorizo always reminds me of home and these burritos didn't dissapoint. They don't have much but what they do have is great. We were there early enough that we could get sliced avocado. Yummy!!

I went there to get a veggie breakfast burrito and the food was really good. The portion size was large and was reasonably priced. The place usually fills up fast during lunch and dinner time. However, It wasn't crowded at 930am in the morning right around the time when they started serving breakfast.

Big mistake ordering 4 tacos. Don't do it. Way too much food for one person. Excellent flavor and presentation. Try the spicy beef!

Delicious! I always get the spicy chicken baby burrito and it's still too much to finish in one setting! Plus ¢.25 chips and salsa! Can't beat that! Flavor spot on too!

Fantastic food and sweet service. The guacamole is really fresh and so tasty. Highly recommend the spicy chicken if you like heat, but it’s probably 4 out of 5 star heat. Do the baby tacos and super taco, outstanding. Finish it off with a watermelon Fresca to get a natural refresher

Everything was amazing 👏 The highlight and what I will remember about this place for a long time was the salsa. I say this knowing I am no expert, it was the best salsa I have had in my life. If I were a local to the city, this restaurant would make a lot of money from me.

Discovered the place on a short visit to SanFran. I went in before the dinner rush. I originally wanted Chiles rellenos but they didn’t have them ready yet. Then I told the woman I wanted flautas (rolled tacos) instead. She went back to the guys cooking and comes back to say they didn’t have any either. I was so disappointed and voiced it in Spanish. One of the guys heard me and came to the front and told me “you want flautas? I’ll make them for you”, and he did. They were delicious! I also had their horchata and tamarind water, and felt transported back home. Very good!
