Osaka Sushi - San Francisco - Photo album

After a very good experience we decided to go back day after. Our impression stayed exactly the same. Very clean place, the service was kind, the food and the products were very fresh and good taste. We will love to come back again.
I've been coming here for about 20 years and I always always always leave happy and impressed. The atmosphere is cozy and has a genuine Japanese feel. Service is always quick and friendly. Love the sake flights and dinner boxes. It's not your typical Castro restaurant... It's a nice escape.
Fan-freaking-tastic! Got the catipiller roll and ume maki, while the ume maki was more tart then I originally expected, it was still super tasty, while the catipiller roll was phenomenal! I wish I had more time to come back, if I make it into SF again I will 100% stop back here if I can!
had sashimi set, crazy roll and hot green tea for dinner. my belly’s satisfied :)
Everything here was top notch: service, atmosphere, FLAVOR! Will definitely be back!
Our waitress Anna was beyond amazing! She was very patient with our time to look at the menu, very informed and made amazing suggestions! She was extremely kind, helpful, and went beyond out of her way to give us a great experience! I was very surprised with how fantastic her hospitality skills were
Average Japanese food but at a great convenient location in Castro. Inexpensive prices. Usually good service from the wait staff. They have a large variety of both sushi and other colleges Japanese dishes, as well as their bento boxes with generous portions. There is usually no wait for a table
Good Happy Hour menu, reasonably-priced reasonably-fresh sushi. Good service and 1 or 2 unique rolls. Could benefit from a moderate renovation (has that been-a-sushi-place-with-lacquered-wood-too-long fishy smell).
Great food. Bento box is plenty
This is one of me and my husband's favorite places to get dinner before going out in the Castro, and of our limited experience it's some of our favorite sushi in the city. I strongly recommend the seaweed salad, which is great flavor and texture but doesn't taste too salty. We usually get different
I am not a seafood fan so my review is of the chicken teriyaki. Very different in a really good way. Served like fajitas style on a sizzling pan with lots of veggies on the pan topped with chicken and sauce. I will be back for it
The food was excellent, but don't over order, the servings are larger than you think. The 3 piece bentō box was easily enough for two. And it was so good. Had the chicken katsu, chicken kara age, and tofu. Yum.
It's a great place. Friendly staff and homely environment. Thus is a sushi place so don't expect to find lot of veggie option. There are three options for dinner manu and each felt like they were missing something to make a compele meal. I had their tofu dish, which was ok. The tofu was half friend
I love this place. Super nice staff. Quick service. Great sushi and the presentation of the food is beautiful. I'll definitely be returning for more of their great food.
