This was an excellent omakase experience!! Incredible sushi with the most perfect flavors, amazing service, and good value. I was really impressed, this is the best omakase I’ve had in quite some time, the fish was so fresh and paired with excellent flavors. Normally I’m not a big fan of mackerel, b
Loved the food and sitting at the bar to watch the chef as he prepared our sushi. Thought the petite menu was a great value / delicious fish flown in from Japan every other day. Only negative was that we were seated 30 mins after our reservation time
Got the grand omakase for $125, 18 pieces. If you like sake, I suggest people pay the corkage fee of $35 and bring your own bottles, it’s way cheaper than paying $$$$ to get their sakes. Came here 5 years ago and it was delicious.. decided to come back again to celebrate my husbands birthday. Serve
Me and the wife had such a fun night here, we got 2 bottles of delicious sake and we drank with the chef Kyle and the other staff. We got the whole shabang, $125 omakase course + caviar supplement + extra supplemental nigiri + extra nigiri at the end. I would say you can go without the caviar unless

The Okinawa silky seaweed was interesting and good but some flavor co
Good experience overall. We selected Great Omakase. Food was good. Service was attentive and efficient. Good value, especially these days.
What an experience! I'm kicking myself for waiting so long to try Hinata. Each course was a perfect bite (or two.) Perfect blend of tastes and textures and perfect portion sizes. I left full and happy, eager to find a friend to join me there again soon.
Had a craving for sushi and a friend recommended this place. It was small and intimate. We did the omakase which was $125 per person. All of the dishes that came out were amazing. The service was impeccable. One of my friends is left handed and the server noticed and changed the orientation of the
First Omakase experience in life and it was memorable. We were lucky to sit at the counter. The sashimi was so fresh! Every bite makes me feel like swimming in the ocean. Also the staffs are super nice and professional!
