The SF Athletic Club is a new place but if you did not know that you would think the place has been there forever. Top notch food, the staff are very friendly and the mood is something every bar should strive to have. Personally, if I go for a day time pint or five, I like to feel like I'm actually having a beer during the day. This place is well lit and airy. Excellent spot!

Great ambiance and decor. Intelligently designed TV layout. Some of if not the best food you'll find in any bar in the city. Bartenders know their drinks. Affable and knowledgeable staff. Can't wait for football season here, though this place is worth it even when no big games are on. This place is a grand slam, hat trick, triple-double and pick-six rolled into one.

It's new, but it's clearly the best sports bar in San Francisco. They have 28 TVs (Twenty-Eight!), good food and a good selection of reasonably priced drinks. They'll show anything you want to watch. Also, very friendly and approachable owner!
Ton of screens, great beers on tap, delicious food, and a friendly staff. All class. Great addition to the neighborhood. I look forward to watching Giants and Niners playoffs here!

We visited for the first time to join the University of Florida Gator alumni club to watch the football game. It was an awesome atmosphere, and we had a great time! The sports bar and restaurant has a really friendly and attentive staff, hot, good food, and tasty drinks! I was impressed with how their staff hustled in the big outdoor seating under a tent, we never felt ignored or had to wait too long. When our cocktails took a long time, the waitress, Ruby was really nice and apologizing and was super attentive to the whole group the entire game. The guys managing the tent, and in charge of the TVs and sound systems really hustled and did a great job too. I was very impressed by their events set up, even posting a sign just for the Florida gators, which was hilarious and creative. Overall we had a great time and will definitely return. The San Francisco Athletic Club is THE SPOT for sports!!
Awesome bar. Great Saturday venue to watch Premier League football matches. Good food. Neil the co-owner is a gem of a chap.
best spot for any game seriously their staff i dunno how they do it can handle it all 💯 post-2020 the outdoor patio extension is great too. very good veggie options also seen them accommodate for the random fan wanting to watch unpopular game & they'll find them a tv no prob
Came here for lunch. Great menu choices. I had the Mac and cheese, it was delicious! My hubby had the bean chilli, which was also excellent!! Loads of seating both inside and out!! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend if you’re in the Divisadero area.

The fish tacos are pleasantly fresh for a bar. Both the fried ones served during happy hours and the grilled ones on the regular menu are worth a try
Great place to have a drink and watch the game… whatever game that happens to be. Great buffalo wings and huge portions of nachos don’t hurt either.
Classic style sports bar. Plenty of games on the screen and delicious bar bites. They make good buffalo wings.
We went there last Friday and decided ti have the new menu items which is two sliders and a side. Fantastic! We had the pulled pork and fries. Yummy! The drinks and great and the staff extremely friendly. Always a treat. Definitely check it out.
Great sports bar to watch premier league and any other sports
If you want to watch sports, drink and have good food, this is the place to be. The nachos were loaded, and the hamburger was juicy. I watched two Niner games at The San Francisco Athletic Club, and the energy was electric. My friend I stood as it was packed and enjoyed every minute of it as the crowd was friendly. 10/10

This place is undoubtedly a great pub bar.
I went on an afternoon, there was an enthusiastic soccer club that made the place lively.
Lot's of TV's to watch a number of different events.
Drinks are tasty
Beer list is a choice of 8 taps.
Deep food menu, everybody's food looks so good. It's rare that there is any wasted food on any given plate.

We came here to watch the Seahawks vs 49ers game. It was amazing. Such an incredible atmosphere.
Visited for the first time today with the Leeds United Bay Area group. We had a great time, and received good service even though we were a pretty sizeable group.
The outdoor space was very nicely setup with good speakers, multiple TVS, and an awning in case of poor weather.
I appreciated that we got to hang a bunch of Leeds flags as well!
Great place to watch the game and enjoy good food and drinks. Get there early as in fills up fast
