The food is delicious here. If you love true authentic Chinese cuisine; give this place a try. The ownership just changed and now I finally have a favorite Chinese restaurant in the city. Fastest take out (ready within 12mins). I ordered the chicken fried rice and pot stickers for lunch today.
The portion for a single order of Chicken Fried Rice and single order of Potstickers is enough for 2 adults. I split it with my wife and we have fried rice leftovers for later tonight.
They make their own potstickers because the ingredients are full of flavour, the skin is the perfect thickness (not thick whatsoever) and they put corn kernels inside with the other ingredients. Most Chinese restaurant in the city have not satisfied my experienced palette in decades. My wife has travelled to China for work projects and agrees that this place is truly authentic. Real Chinese fried rice should not have carrots and peas; it should only be rice, choice of meat, egg, green onion and seasoning. This place does a great job and I highly recommend it.
They are friendly and professional when you go inside to pay for the take out. I will definitely be a regular and look forward to trying the other menu items on their new menu.

Absolutely Fantastic. The service was lightning fast and the food portions are unbelievable. Huge. Definitely a 5*
No frills (but clean!) Chinese restaurant with "meh" service but great food. The menu is a bit more limited recently than in prior years. Owner says it because they had to reduce the cooking staff. The food is still very tasty and the portion sized very large. Excellent pot stickers, Hakka chicken, eggplant, and clay pot chicken. Even my Chinese parents agreed it is a good value for 2023. Go for the good, comfy Cantonese and Sichuan Chinese food but not for the ambiance. Easy parking right after 6PM.

The food has good “wok hei”, important for any Cantonese place. The dishes I tried came out piping hot and had that wok-fried taste you can only get from skilled restaurant chefs.
They take some liberties to standard recipes. For example, the black bean beef noodles I ordered had orange bell peppers, when I would expect green bell peppers. So your experience would probably vary depending on what dish you order. Therefore, food just misses the mark for five stars.
First time ordering food since they changed ownership. I ordered bbq pork fried rice; no veggies only rice, egg, onion and pork.
They said 10 mins on the phone and timing was perfect. I live just 2 doors from the restaurant on the Pine side. The gentleman was arriving with my food to the front when I walked in. Very friendly and professional.
The serving size is plently for 2 adults if split. I order just for myself and there will be left overs for later.
The bbq pork has rich flavour and is very tastey. The rice has good texture and flavor. The egg and season are great. Perfect amount of onion.
I look forward to trying other items on the menu and adding more images the next time I order take out from them.

Dishes come in great portion which is hard to come by these days, food is decent, run by family members with attentive service, hsve been there numerous times and certainly coming back...
The black and pepper spare ribs was amazing !! Good customer service too. The lady makes you feel like she's serving food to her kids at home
Great and quick food with attentive service. Don't expect overly nice service, but they know what they're doing. The lunch menu that pulls up on the Google map profile does not accurately reflect the prices. Expect to pay $1-4 more per item.

Amazing prices, friendly service and great portion sizes. We got the Kung Pao chicken and Chow fun with beef and had an incredible time. ~40$ with tax+tip and we had leftovers for at least one more meal
Japanese style beef cubes and tofu was delicious. Generous portions and great flavor! Prices are super good, too.

Incredible pricing and fast service with sizable food portions
So happy they are back! Had westlake soup, pork belly preserved veg, salt fish/chicken tofu Claypot, and yu choy w mushrooms. Everything great.
