American style omakase. It shows that pistachios go well with nigiris and caviar can be eaten together with potato chips & sushi. The one I don’t like is the “tan-tan” noodle with truffle, did not taste any truffle flavor in that dish. Wagyu/tuna tartare is too oily as well.

They describe it as whimsy omakase which it definitely is… but it is also a lot more. The fish is perfectly prepared and paired with amazing sauces and accompaniments. Service is ever present but not overbearing. Next time I might try a seat at the bar so I could chat more with the sushi chefs.
