I was treated to a twelve course dinner selected by a friend who selected the menu. Particularly enjoyed the Kalesha, grilled eggplant, falafel pizza and knafeh. Staff was very attentive and added bonus easy street parking Sunday evening. Looking forward to a return visit

The food here is good if you're looking to try some interesting, unusual flavors, though on the pricey side. In all the dishes we ordered except the rice, Jannah employs sweet and savory flavors. The kelecha, ostensibly an appetizer, is delicious, but it's served cold and it's sweet. Apparently without the cheese, it's served as a dessert, so this makes sense. The lamb phyllo was crispy and tasty, but I much preferred it without sauce, which was far too sweet for my liking. The lamb shank was falling off the bone, as it should, and it was very satisfying. The surprise hit was the Lebanese wine, which paired well with my lamb-heavy meal. And the service was absolutely outstanding.

Place is a cosy family owned restaurant, serving Iraqi cuisine with a twist. We ordered the Lamb shank , quzi, aubergine salad and kunafa .it was a pleasant experience overall

Incredible food! Everything we tried, including appetizers and 3, yes 3, desserts was wonderful. Loved the sweet sauce on the phillo dough entree.

This by far was the best middle eastern dish I've had on the US so far. It is not meditranian, it is a genuine Iraqi restaurant, even the hummus is different from the Lebanese one. I asked for medium lamb kebabs, they were pleasantly medium, and more importantly the lamb was marinated super professionally, that there was no trace of the lamb smell there. Thnks for this wonderful dish.

Absolute satisfaction! *Good for Vegetarians* I was invited there by a sweet Iraqi friend of ours and when I read (Californian-Iraqi food) I wasn’t excited about it since I’m familiar with the latter and didn’t see how it could blend with Californian style. I was pleasantly surprised with the on point traditional setting in the stage and mouth watering plates. I recommend the Italian style eggplant, baba ganouch, Dolma, and Kuzi. I can definitely see this place improving nevertheless I had a nice evening!

Great place to come during covid-19 since they have a large outdoor patio! Hard to find restaurants like this. And their food is phenomenal! Lamb shank bamia is my favorite.

Their falafel pizza is SO GOOD. And grape leaves are a great addition to get over the minimum credit card threshold. The pizza is consistently phenomenal. Why isn’t falafel pizza more of a thing? So good.

Amazing! From the ambiance to the service and everything in between. It was my first time going but it surely won't be the last. We had the hummus and pita to start. The lamb shank was incredibly succulent, fall off the bone yum yum. The salmon, beef, lamb kabobs were everything I imagined and then some. The lamb and beef cooked to perfection. Juicy, tender and seasoned just right. Everything was simply delicious. Paired with a glass of red. A hidden gem, Jannah. 🍴🔥

I am so happy to have found this restaurant. The baba ganoush is the best i have ever had, and I traveled a lot. I ordered the lamb with feta, the meat melts in your mouth and the spices mix is flawless. As a dessert, I wanted the knafeh, unfortunately you have to order it in advance because they want to serve it fresh. Now, I am not surprised they told me that because i got to try their pastries they nicely gave to me. Usually I don’t like those ones because they are too sweet and the dough is rarely good or fresh, but they were delicious and I will definitely order more next time. This is the best restaurant I have had since long time. Can’t wait to go back to try everything ! oh also…the people who work there are sooooo sweet. Voilà

Delicious food, lovely atmosphere, large portions, quiet setting and great service. I had never had Iraqi food, and found it wonderful; so full of flavor, texture and color. I will go back, and take or recommend others so they can experience this unique dining experience.

One of my favourite San Francisco restaurants! Everything is flavorful, budget-friendly, and full. It's also one of the more authentically Middle Eastern restaurants I've come across. The falafel pizza is a must-try.

This place is excellent. We got a large dip platter to start, as well as the pita pizza. Both delicious. I then had a lamb shank, which came with veggies, sauce, and rice. Absolutely incredible. This is a great place for large groups or a small party.
