This is a serious sausage place. It was born out of the old TAKE OUT ONLY Rosamunde on Haight Street. Traditionally the service can be a bit “rustic”, but most sausages are pretty good. Vegan sausages. Beyond Hot Italian and Beyond Brat, both delicious. (They also have a Beyond burger). They allow you to switch up the sides and offer a great salad. You can also add hot peppers and sauerkraut. Get the gluten free bun or no bun for fully vegan. Rosumunde also generally has sour beers
