Had a very positive experience. The dish was absolutely massive, so the meal comes out to be a ton of food, technically making this a good deal. Some folks could easily get two meals out of this. In my picture I had already been eating that thing for like 10m. But the options were great for building your own bowl/salad, and everything tasted fresh and high quality, although only a few items are marked as Organic. My bowl was Arugula, quinoa, avocado, black beans, garbanzo beans, chicken, almonds, and olive oil for dressing. Very tasty

The peachy seemed like an odd combination, but it comes together for near perfection. Fresh food, courteous staff, and a great meal overall.

Move aside Sweetgreen! I really loved MIXT and the experience eating here. Good: - The protein rice here was surprisingly good - Loved the customizability of the bowl - especially liked the sauces and the protein options - I got avocado and also the cauliflower and all the veggies were delicious - Great portion sizes for the prices Bad: - Lots of people inside so pretty noisy - Pretty casual experience, nothing special and counter service Overall really like the options here and would come back

Update [11/12]: Revisited this location and received great customer service this time around. Shout out to the crew member who served me - he was friendly and very helpful. thank you! Update[11/7]: Customer service reached out and was great at acknowledging and addressing what had happened. I am willing to give this store another shot and will update this review when I revisit. original post [11/5]: I never write reviews but this experience was awful I need to share. I ordered through Pick Up and when I arrived was greeted by Yasmin (or Jasmin?) who was cold and unfriendly. As I was about to eat my salad (never ate it), realized a substantial amount of mixt greens were wilted/gone bad. I waited in line ( they were busy serving others) and when it was my turn, asked if I could have a base that's fresh. She was very reluctant and rather than making a new salad, she put a meager portion of kale (1/2 of the original size) into a new bowl and started to transport the toppings from my original salad (which were now somewhat mixed) into the new container. Given my new base was tiny AND my toppings weren't all transferred to the new bowl before she handed me the "finished" salad, I used my fork to move some of the remaining toppings from the old bowl to the new one in front of her over the counter. She stopped rudely and said I couldn't do that implying I was trying to move the original salad base over (why would I?!! the leaves are bad). I explained myself yet she was extremely disrespectful and said " I don't care you can't do that". She kept on repeating she didn't care. Her insinuations were beyond rude and her attitude was shocking. I was appalled. I was taken aback by all that happened and asked if I could speak to the store mgr and was told he/she wont be back until next week (who know's if that's true) I frequently come here and this is not how you treat customers. Every customer deserves respect. There are ways to communicate the same point without being rude. I would hope she learns what good customer service means one day

A healthy salad chain with lots of nutritious options. I ordered mixed greens with tofu and legumes.

Felt like something healthy so had a sarnie for dinner. What can I say, Fresh fresh fresh! The apples in my sandwich was chopped in front of me and it was crunchy-licious.

The subway of the salad world. I made my own. It was delicious. They do not have traditional dressing. So be aware of that.

Absolutely delicious! This place is the best. Great Build Your Own options for people with dietaries. Tastes so good and very sustancially sized servings. 100% will come back here again!
