Absolutely perfect! Walked in and was out with food in just a couple minutes, eating and satisfied! Great price! Steak was awesome, tender and done perfectly. Just the right amount of sauce. Exactly what I wanted, great service. I would recommend for a picky restaurant eater.

I really like this spot but they seem to have consistency issues with the food lately. Worthy of five stars when your order comes out right, so I will give them a 5 still. (The salmon is the best!) I get the sense that they have fallen on hard times since indoor dining was shut down, and they have compromised on quality to be able to stay open. I will continue to support this place because I hope they will recover and deliver the same quality as before. The first time I went here in 2019 it blew me away.

Fantastic teriyaki. I’ve seen some reviews saying the portions are small, which I don’t understand. The plates are like 7” or 8” in diameter and about 2” deep and are completely packed with food, so don’t listen to those if you’re debating eating here. Pricing is pretty standard for SF.

If you're ever in San Fran, you must dine in this restaurant. I happened to come across it as I was walking down on Chestnut street looking for a place to eat. I had no idea about this place but one thing I know now, is that I loved it. I recommend it. The place is really cool, the food is made out of all natural ingredients, the portions are bigger than what other restaurants served. The staffs are friendly and so are the owners. I had the Teriyaki tofu which was delish.

With windows open it makes you feel like you're right on the street, very cool. Pretty affordable, and the One Cup sake's a pretty good deal at $5. If I could make one criticism it's that the salmon was overcooked and dry.

Glaze is so tasty and ultra consistent. I always know exactly what I’m going to get and how it’s going to taste. It’s the classic rice and protein bowl

Reasonably priced, super ideal for lunch or quick bite. Purchased Hanger Steak and Salmon, Brown rice, Wings and dumplings..Flavorwise: not one ingredient was underwhelming, nor over exaggerated. Perfectly balanced, definately impressionable.

I have been here 4 times in the last 2 weeks, the chicken teriyaki (real white chicken breast) and salmon teriyaki are of excellent quality! The arugula salad they put on the side is delusions as well, with the Asian sesamie dressing! It is a little pricey, but well worth the price, and the portions are decent (not large portions but definitely not small portions either, it's enough for one person and you probably won't have leftovers). Best Japanese I've had in SF! Thanks and I'll be back again many more times!!!
