I was really hungry and didn’t eat all day. Early on the evening I wanted to have a satisfying dish as my first meal of the day to keep me going. On my way home the first place that I could find parking nearby was Henry’s Hunan, I parked and went in hoping to get a satisfying meal. The servers worki
This Henry's Hunan location is one of the best. It's not big at all, but it's in the neighborhood and easy to get to, and there is usually a place to sit or the wait isn't too long. The food is absolutely awesome, and everyone who works there is super nice and accommodating. Love this place. Parking
The place is top notch as always! Got to see Jeff, the owner, today for the first time in a while. Plenty of table space for those lookin to sit down and relax, as most orders are pick up these days. #1 rec for anyone is Diana's Delicious Meat Pie!! The ground pork has the slightest hint of heat, th
Best hot and sour soup in San Francisco!
I’ve tried hot and sour soup in many restaurants because it’s my favorite dish and this one ranks #1 all the times. Tasty food, good prices, friendly people… a hidden gem in the Dolores / Noe Valley neighborhood.
One of the very best Chinese restaurant I have seen across the world. A must visit if you are in San Francisco, even if it is a little out of the way from the shopping and tourist attractions. Street parking is available in plenty, and it is on the tram route too. Quick and happy service seems to be
Food is delicious. Try the meat pie when your their. It not your traditional pie but still so delicious.
I ordered the house bean curd and prawn fried rice. Both hit the spot and there was enough to take home. I'm excited to try the rest of the menu.
Went here cause the building looks like Bobs Burgers and found out the food was incredible! Highly recommend!
Tasty & spicy food at fair prices. Good gluten free options, although the homemade dumplings (not gluten free) are great!
Great food 👍 great atmosphere 👍 great prices 👍 with friendly people! I had the beef and broccoli lunch special!
Delicious and gluten free friendly (check out the GF Kung Pao)
Walking distance from where we are staying, at 1st glance from outside looked iffy , but glad we went in , friendly staff , loved the bean curd tofu in a garlic sauce , outstanding! I have been to this spot many times since they opened this location on Church Street with another branch of Henry's extended family restaurants in different parts of the city. Henry's has a well-deserved reputation built over several generations for serving good food and comes with good service. M
First time here and had great experience. The staff were kind, welcoming and quick. Ordered 4 plates, appetizer and tea and every single item was great. Especially, their curry sauce was creamy and blended well with tofu and veggies. Regarding spice level, "regular spice" is very low on heat. My ba
This place is incredible. The pork fried rice and pork chow mein are must haves with your choice of entrees. The soups are also great. This is Chinese food done right. Good portions, great flavor, satisfying meal, and good prices. Can't recommend enough. Not your typical Panda Express or subpar cafe
Well taken care of by the staff. Food was good. Eddie took care of us. I've been Eddie's customer for years.
Never disappointed! The homemade chili sauce is smokey and goes with everything. Personal faves include chicken and string beans and tofu with meat sauce. The dumplings are a must. Service is also excellent; our waiter put all leftovers in the take away boxes. How often does that happen?
