Sugoi Sushi - San Francisco - Photo album

Pricey but totally worth it. Seafood is very fresh, I've had uni and blue Fin Toro many places but this one was amongst the best. I found the Yakitori to be too salty to my liking but the rolls were amazing. We had a vegetarian in our party, which enjoyed the egg plant and Avocado Maki very much. To
Great environment (rare for a sushi place), and even better sushi. The Dynamite roll is thin-sliced sushi, with crispy tempura on the OUTSIDE -- presented gracefully on a slate tray.
Guys, this place is amazing! The sushi was fresh and there was a lot of variety of rolls. On top of that, we got some freebies from the management as a form of customer appreciation (Think tataki and green tea ice cream). Great staff, AMAZING food, would most definitely recommend and come back to Sa
Best sushi experience that I have had in a very long time! I sat at the bar and Chef Roy took excellent care of me! Very talented! In fact I just kept asking him to "Surprise Me", and make whatever he wants! Awesome Experience and he did WOW me for sure!!!! Waitress / Waiter service was wonderful
This is a neighborhood gem! My friend and I wandered into this place after seeing their advertisement for blue fin tuna. The decor is rustic but with a very organized and relaxing feel. Then the food! OMG the food. Everything we tried was better than the next. The fish was so fresh and delicious.
I love sushi and I'm always looking for a new place to try. I came here with a friend and did not leave disappointed. The sushi we had was fantastic! It came out quickly and we had a nice variety of rolls. I like that they had some purely vegetarian rolls on their menu. I'm not a vegetarian, but it
Great fish and atmosphere. Just at the limit for size that I find agreeable for a sushi restaurant, but the fish makes up for it. Excellent temperature, texture and presentation for all of the sushi options we tried. Definitely recommend the uni.
I'm not much of a sushi person, but I gave in to my surroundings and had sushi for the first-time. While a newbie in this area, most of the items I had were pretty delicious. My favorite was the Japanese barracuda. It was mind blowing. They also have some very tasty large bottles of saki. If you'r
Best in the city! Chanel is the sweetest and makes you feel special with every visit. I have dined here many times and have never experienced anything but the best service possible. The sushi is fresh and the taste is die for! Roy's special roll is always a must. I have been here Spontaneously and f
This place is great. The atmosphere is casual and trendy. They seat and serve quickly and the sushi is high-quality. My favorite thing on the menu is their sake (salmon) nigiri, which is better than I've had anywhere else.
I've been meaning to come to this sushi place in the neighborhood for sometime. They have some really interesting rolls here. The Golden Mountain roll with Toasted salmon, scallop, curry tempura bits and crab with house special sauce was very unique and it was warm rice too, which was different. I
My favorite sushi restaurant in town. It's best for regulars because the staff will remember you and give you special treatment. I get one or two free items every time I go (and I don't mean Miso soup or Edamame). Love them
Absolutely amazing. I was at dinner with my parents and my father didn't feel good so we left the restaurant and they went home. I was hungry and annoyed they did this so I googled sushi in the mission area and found this place near by so I walked. I go in and immediately am greeted by the hostess w
Friendly staff and great sushi.
Great sushi, great presentation, good staff. If you like your sake warm, ask them to properly warm it up... Ours was lukewarm at best but that was fixed quickly.
