The service is great. The food is great. The atmosphere is modern and clean. It's a really fun meal. Grab your friends, pick four broths, then pick as much as meat, veg and sides as you like from a long list of choices. The food comes really fast. Have fun cooking your choices in the soup and decide which you like best. My favorites: pickled cabbage soup both (TRY IT), kobe beef, napa cabbage, quail eggs.

We do a lot of hot pot. Variety and freshness of the ingredients are a must.

Very good and consistent. The meat was well cut and soup bases were good (we got spicy, pork, miso, and cabbage).

Happy 4th of July. Normally we don't eat AYCEhotpot in SF (mostly because the price). But it was holiday so why not. Many other hotpots in town were closed so we'd like to try this. It was around noon, we didn't have to wait and were seated immediatly. The servers were very nice and fast. We could chose up to 4 soups. You can order as many as you can (as long as you can finish them), no limit to 5 dishes per 10 mins or 1 call. There is a small sauce bar with some nice recipes there. Food is quite nice, and I really like the beer beef. Some dishes that I really like in other places aren't here, but they have enough good food for you to try. The only thing that make me confused was when we sat down, the server said $28.99 for AYCE. Later she told other customers $35.99. In the end we were charged 35.99 each too. I guess that was holiday's price but she should have told us from the beginning. Overall, I like the idea of 4 soup bases. You don't have ro refill broth so the flavor stays the same. Service is fast, environment is fresh and friendly. The price is just similar to others in SF. I Might come back but if I have a chance I either would try other new AYCE in the city or just go to other cities in The Bay Area for much more value.

I went to boiling hotpot for the first time after the pandemic. They are definitely less busy than before the pandemic. Food is still very good. Love the wagyu beef and the 4 pots options.

Went here last night and wow, their green chili soup was amazing. The AYCE hot pot and drinks options are now a rare find. The service, these people need an award or to teach a workshop, I swear we would order and it would arrive at our table not 30 seconds later! Highly recommend, we will be returning.

Went here on a Friday evening/night and it was great! We got there around 6:45 and didn’t have to wait at all. We got the all you can eat hot pot and it was amazing! They did not have some of the usual things I am use to like dumplings but overall it was great. The house beef was really delicious, great variety to choose from, flavorful broths and sauce corner. I loved that you order on the iPad so you don’t have to wait around for a server to get hive order and they’re quick to bring out food. Will definitely be going back!

Ate here on 1.28.2023. AYCE for $30 per person. You order on a tablet set up at each table. You get to choose 4 broths. There is great variety of meat, seafood, and vegetables. The meat are high quality and cut nicely. You can make your own dipping sauces, of which there are lot of options to choose from. I really enjoyed eating here and would come here again. I loved the sukiyaki broth and spicy soup broth.

Our favorite hot pot restaurant in SF - everything is so fresh and tasty. The special meat selection includes things like thin sliced Wanyu or beef belly meat. Sooo good. Also you get to select four boiling flavor which saves a lot of energy of thinking and selecting. Love it. Ps, this is a all you can eat place. Price is very fair - averaging $40 per person
