I adore this place. The walls are painted the color of bubble gum ice cream, and there's all manner of Pez dispensers, Godzilla figurines, Pee-Wee Herman memorabilia, and more lining the walls. It's a San Francisco landmark for sure — basically Clement Street incarnate. I go there to write. There's plenty of inspiration to be found (and they make a bang-up Americano).

I love the Toy Boat. Two years ago I went into Toy Boat Dessert Cafe, a really great 🍦 ice cream shop that we sometimes frequent, at like 11pm after Shabu Shabu and unlimited 🍶 sake. They have a 🐎 kiddie horse you can ride right in the center of the store. As you can imagine, I rode that kiddie horse. 💁🏽‍♂️ And I hooted. And I hollered. And I promptly got 👟 kicked out of the store. We came back tonight because it’s next to where we had dinner, and they made postcards out of me 🤭 Can't blame them, but I love this place.

My husband and I were just in SF and one of our local friends told us we had to check this place out. It’s adorable- old fashioned feeling, art on the walls. And comfortable. There’s on street metered parking spaces and they’re free after 6pm 😏 great spot. We will definitely be back the next time we visit.

Great ice cream and fun atmosphere...if you bring kids here, be prepared to spend a little extra as you give in to their impulses on all the cute Pez and other 'toys' available for purchase.

Cute coffee shop on Clement street, serving good coffee and delicious icecream flavors at the same time. The owner was fond of collecting these toys and hence kept the same for the decor of this coffee shop. And then donations followed. Its fun for kids to see. Got cappuccino from here and it was strong and smooth. They claim to have the most delicious coffee on clement and they are right. They are also open late unlike other coffee shops that close at 5. Sometimes one needs their coffee after dark!!

Wow! What a hidden gem! Don't be fooled by the name, this place has PHENOMENAL ice cream (we had Mango Tangerine Custard and the Grasshopper), super nice individuals working here, and all for just over 5 bucks! It's the best priced, amazing quality ice cream we've had in SF! Cool vibes with collectible toys, action figures! Even have massive deli sandwiches, pastries, sundaes, take home pints, and espresso bar. So lucky we walked in here and we will definitely come back without a doubt, as should you!

Five stars. Love the vibe of this place. They have ice cream and a bunch of candy and random toys for sale. I bought a small toy mail truck. Coolest shop ever.

Some of the best ice cream in San Francisco! I got the 'Puff the Magic Dragon', or dragon fruit sorbet, and the mango, tangerine, vanilla custard. Both are very good! Dragon fruit doesn't have much flavor, but the sorbet had surprisingly great taste and color. The mango, tangerine, vanilla custard is my favorite. There are small chunks of really sour tangerine in the mango, vanilla custard, which was really refreshing and lively. There are tons of vintage and retro toys, posters, and more in the shop that are nostalgic! Overall, a great ice place that has awesome service, great vibes, and is filled with fun! 5/5 stars!

Good ice cream and great music! 🎶🎵 my friend was playing the Clement Street Festival, so we came out to see her and support local businesses! We had JUST volunteered at Jane Cafe on Larkin that morning from 11a-12p and saw another Jane franchise establishment on our way to this one! Good wholesome fun for the whole family to be had all around.

Arsicault gets all the attention (deservedly), but the ham and cheese croissants by Jane are excellent as well. They use a delicious ham and complementary cheese that work really well together. The cake slices are very good, too. Much less sweet than Susie cakes, in a good way. I would love to see a line out the door at Toy Boat, too.

Amazing selection of ice cream (sourced from local shops) and the staff are always incredibly friendly. Large portions too!! If they have the Double Rainbow churro or the bread pudding flavor, snag them

Vegan ice cream options!!! The soy churro was delicious with chunks of cinnamon cookie dough too. The cherry chip was also amazing and the folks working were super kind.

Terrific ice cream parlor that also has a zillion coffee and tea drinks plus a food menu, you really want to try the Killer Brownie Sundae and/or the Key Lime Pie both of which are totally legit. You can walk by over and over to admire the vintage toys for sale in the window but it's high up above the counters where you'll find the coolest stuff. Added bonus: you can also have a great time here without kids!

A classic dessert shop - they serve ice cream, sundaes, cakes, pies and coffee drinks. It's a really cute shop with an 80s feel. There are about 10 tables, also some seats along the wall that can accommodate larger groups.

The inside was amazing. Ton of posters, art and toys hanging from the wall. I couldn't stop looking around. I got a milk shake in a mason jar that was delicious. I tired some of their old fashion chocolate cake which was huge and amazing. The picture doesn't do the cake justice. Trust me the slice of cake is huge.

Lovely, and usual ice cream shop. My kid had a scoop of the chocolate caramel ice cream, and had gummy bears on top. She was so happy until she dropped her cone on the sidewalk. Started crying immediately, but I assured her, I‘d buy her another one. We came back and I reported what happened and they gave us a free scoop with lots of gummy bears on top. This was so generous and made my daughter so happy.

The Chocolate caramel crunch in a cake cone was pretty unique and nice. The Chocolate caramel swirl though was overtly sweet and average.

The buko (young coconut) and cookies and cream were delicious! Fun vintage toys throughout the store, a few tables to sit at if you show proof of vaxx.
