Had the Cherry pie, peach pie, white nectarine and the Banana Creme Pie (only available every other weekend alternating with coconut creme pie) Cherry pie was very very tart. Maybe too tart. I walked by this place months ago vowing to return because they weren't open yet. Of course that slipped my mind until I walked by it again. Pies are one of those things where you have to get the crust just right because no one likes a soggy under cooked crust. Well they got it right here. I saw
The blue bottle coffee was excellent. The pies looked very good and we tried the Mexican chocolate pecan one, which didn't disappoint. The place has a very homey / hipster vibe.
Stopped in for a quick lunch. Had the red chili carne asada pot pie, and it was nicely balanced. Flaky crust and a nice savory mix of veg and steak with a gravy that didn't overwhelm the other flavors.
FOOD: 1.) Chile Carne Asada PotPie = zomg flavorful yummie goodness noms. hella chunky meat too. Side of salad which I ate all of so yummy. 2.) Chicken Potpie = yommmss so comfy good, lotsa chucks of chicken too 3.) Blue Bottle Coffee = They offer Blue Bottle Coffee!!! :D hurrah!! SERVICE: Great f
the cutest old fashioned pie shop..the best part? the PIE SHAKES... a slice of any pie blended with milk and any kind of ice cream. it may sounds weird, but everyone loves them!
Came because the green chile but it was not as good as the mexican chocolate pie which is delicious.
Unassuming interior, but awesome pies. The mexican chocolate pecan pie was amazing!
great place for a sugar overload. one day i'll work up the courage to try the pie milkshakes...
These guys make the absolute best apple pie I've ever tasted, and I've had many apple pies!
Salads are great here and really good salsas.
Tasty if overpriced.
