Super delicious fruit milk teas! I had the strawberry and passion fruit ones so far and they were delightful. Loved that they had real fruit chunks in them and the boba is fruit flavored. Fast service too. Can’t wait to be back to try all other drink flavors.

Friendly staff. Feel like family. Best sandwiches in San Francisco. Huge portions. The drinks are made with real fruits. It's worth every pennies. I have went there 3 times on my 1 week vacation.

Came here with a friend after Barry’s and wow this place was unexpectedly great! Didn’t expect much from a hole in the wall but the owner was super kind and super funny too. Good: - Super cheap prices for such large portions! Got so much food for $11 and I even added on avocado - Loved the chicken salad sandwich with Dutch crunch Bad: - Not a lot of seating inside Overall would definitely come back and try this again!

Hole in the wall small business. Amazing eel sandwich. Hands down the best fruit tea I have ever had it even had real passion fruit inside. Every item on the menu so far is amazing. The owners are very sweet and hardworking, but their English isn't great. They accept cash and Venmo. Their full menu is only available in person but they are on DoorDash. Eel Sandwich - Good quality eel with unagi sauce, tomatoes, pickles, lettuce, mayo, mustard, and red onion. I added on provolone cheese ($1.50) and avocado ($2) the total was $15. (which is very cheap since eel, especially sushi grade eel, is very expensive) BLT - Tried it with Dutch crunch bread, amazing. Lots and lots of bacon (I think around 8-10 pieces) compared to most sandwich places that put in 3-6 pieces (no picture because I forgot and ate it too fast) Creme Brûlée Milk Tea - Sweet and really nice looking, tastes like the name suggests. Red Bean Ice - Very cheap ($4 for a large size $3 for a small) just tastes like milk with condensed milk and red beans. Red Guava soda - Like an upgraded version of a sparkling red guava drink. Strawberry Yogurt - Strawberry flavored yogurt probiotic drink, can't go wrong with it. Green Milk Tea - You expect regular green tea with milk from the name but it's actually Thai green milk tea which is the more floral and fruity version of regular green tea. A very niche flavor of tea that is pretty hard to find. Brown sugar milk tea - Surprisingly unique taste, brown sugar milk tea is everywhere nowadays but this one tastes different, very good and a classic. Tropical Fruit Tea - Insanely strong tea, you can tell they use good quality tea and brew it for a long time. It's so strong it feels drying if you get 50% sweetness or lower but the sweetness and fruit balance out the strong tea very well. Real fruit with a good amount (2-3 slices of apples, 2-3 orange slices, 2 strawberries and 1-2 tablespoons of passion fruit) definitely the best menu item from this place. Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea - Tastes more like Hokkaido milk tea with brown sugar. (absolute win since Hokkaido milk tea is far superior to the classic brown sugar milk tea) Boba is warm and on the slightly more soft side. Mix the boba into your drink to cool it off if you like it more chewy. Mango Soda - An upgraded version of mango sparkling water. Can’t go wrong with it. Champagne Milk Tea - I got it iced like everything else but I think it was meant to be a hot drink since the flavors were more mellow and fragrant. Still really good but will definitely be trying this hot and updating this review. Update: The hot version was definitely the way to go. Strawberry Milk Tea - Real strawberries inside. The tea taste isn’t noticeable but the flavor is wonderful anyway. One of the best strawberry milk teas I’ve had. Honey Citron Tea - Got it iced, very nostalgic. Preserved sweet citron pieces at the bottom. Very fragrant. Thai Tea - A little above the average Thai tea but it’s not amazing. Good for those looking for a solid milk tea at a low price point. All tea sweetness can be adjusted as well ranging from 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100%. Their default sweetness is 100%. Looking forward to trying their pudding and other sandwiches soon as well!

Very friendly and welcoming employees! The boba tea was also really good, although a little on the sweet side. However, if you always order 100% sugar anyways, then this is a great place for you! P.S. The Mango Milk Tea I ordered also has some chunks of real fruit in it, which was new! It was actually really good, so if you're looking to try out something interesting then make sure to check this place out!

Right in Chinatown, this Cafe is quite small but a fantastic little find for a quick breakfast. There is a selection of bagel sandwiches or regular sandwiches if you're craving some lunch. There is a selection of coffee (both hot and cold) that can be made for you or if you just want a bottled drink they have those as well. Not only is it a breakfast/lunch cafe, but there are snacks (chips, candy, etc...) & ramen (the add your own hot water kind). Definitely plan on going again tomorrow for sure!

During my trip to San Francisco, I was lucky enough to stumble upon this small gem of a cafe/deli. My sister & I were hoping to grab some hot chocolate and bread and this happened to be right near our hotel. We popped in and ordered two hot chocolates - with extra chocolate (add'l $0.50) and a soft roll toasted with butter. YUMMY!! I will be honest, I didn't know what to expect by the look of the shop. It is very small, but incredibly neat, and we could see they offered sandwiches, boba, yogurt, coffee and an assortment of snacks. Not anything you would expect to be blown away by. Well let me tell you, the first time we went by they were closing up but still allowed us in to place our order. The lady was also extremely kind and patient with us while we explained what we wanted. And our order was done perfectly - the cocoa hot & extra chcolately as we wanted & the bread fresh, hot, and perfectly toasted to warm our bellies while we walked the streets of San Francisco freezing because we came from San Antonio where it is 90 - 100 degrees in August. They have the full package - kind & friendly service with quality items being served. Needless to say, we returned a second time for much more bread & 3 brown sugar boba fresh milk teas which were also delicious! I definitely loved this place and would be a regular if I lived in San Francisco. The only downside is they are a cash only business but hey, prices are so fair here, you can't even complain.

Stopped here as we were passing by. I had the Ruben sandwich and a passion fruit soda. Both were excellent! This is a hole in the wall spot very friendly owner and staff. Best to get your food or drinks to go as there is limited seating and during the pandemic it could get crowded quickly. Lots of different boba and fruit soda type drinks. My GF had the chicken salad sandwich which was also very good and the guava soda. If you're in the neighborhood and want a quick meal or a quick drink this is the place to go.

Got a turkey breast Dutch crunch with bacon and avocado for around $11. The bread on mine came a little burnt but other than that the sandwich was great. A great amount of meat, bacon, and avocado makes this a very good spot to go for a nice reasonably priced lunch. The man working at the counter is very nice too!
