We love this restaurant, it’s a causal family friendly place with great food and good service.
Over the years we have eaten there several times. Never had a bad meal and the pricing on the menu is outstanding. Some may complain about the ambience but remember, this is probably the 20th business to occupy that space on West Portal. They've done the best with what they were handed. Here's to another 25 successful years. Salute!
We went there to eat the brazilian food wich was insanely deliciously the service was slow but was worth we will go back there soon
First time we ate at this restaurant, and we ordered the pizza, veggie pizza and Alfredo pasta, very fresh ingredients the foods is really delicious
My best place in SF to eat moqueca! Jay is a sweetheart and so all waitresses and waiters who work there. Their pizza is also out of this world. Pedro, the owner is lovely person. I wish they had a branch in East Bay.
The best hands down! Great service and food. I go back again and again.

The Cornmeal Crust Pizza is a must try. As a Pizza elitist, the Corn Meal Crust Pizza with Black Olives was my go to from 2008 - 2010, which I ordered over 20 times. In 2022, a mere 12 years from last possible eating of this Pizza I try it again. This time plain cheese. Phenomenal.

Review II - Detroit Style
I wrote this message to the restaurant,
"I LOVE your Cornmeal Crust Pizza, so I tried this because of that and because I am currently trying all Detroit Pizza in San Francisco. I was surprised you guys have Detroit Style. I just want to say, I hope you will improve your Detroit Style. Your Cornmeal Crust is one of my favorite Pizzas after trying 65 Pizza Places in San Francisco alone. I am enjoying your Detroit because I love you guys but it is the lowest quality Detroit Style I have tried in San Francisco objectively. Please try Cellermaker House of Pizza to understand. I want you to win."
I will have to do a more in depth review of this entire place soon now. The Detroit Style here is like a Focaccia. I think you guys should learn how to make Detroit Style before you try to sell something that you consider to be it. I don't think you need to even sell this. It's distracting from the good stuff you can do. This probably should be taken off the Menu until you guys have educated yourselves on Detroit Style. Here are good places to go to learn: Cellarmaker House of PIzza, Joyride, Pizza Sqaured, Sunset Squares & Square Pie Guys - basically everyone else who makes Detroit Style in the City besides you guys.

If you’re not ordering pizza from Mozzarella di Bufala, you’re missing out on the best pizza in S.F. I’ve been ordering pizza from here since the 80’s and it has always been my favorite. Ordered a large Create-Your-Own this evening and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived (still hot btw). Somehow they manage to consistently provide a top notch pizza, with excellent quality toppings in generous proportions. The order was placed on line and they followed the order to the letter. The delivery driver was super nice too.
When so many restaurants have either closed or lowered their quality or their portion sizes since Covid, Mozzarella di Bufala continues to be the best. Recommend highly!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very nice staff and waiter, quick service, and the food was delicious! We ordered a mini pizza and was recommended the ravioli with pink sauce. Both were delicious!
Absolutely Amazing place to visit & have a quiet meal tasty food & great staff Miggs was our waiter he was very attentive food came out quickly & the prices were great we had a great time I got the spaghetti with meatballs & my Fiancé got the Spaghetti with clams so yummy! I always enjoy my spaghetti & meatballs from this location. Use the coupon they provide at the cashier desk to get FREE garlic bread every time! Score! 8/2/19: I always get the same thing. It's all great! The staff are friendly. They smile. Easy access taking MUNI to the West Portal station.
This place makes a decent hawaiian pizza with plenty of toppings.
When you get pizza & Brazilian cuisine at the same place, it's simply awesome! You have the option of cornmeal crust here too for the pie options. A very extensive menu, but definitely try the Brazilian dishes, so amazing!
Taste-wise they should get SIX STARS!! You get an excellent service and a hearty food. I know Brazil is not a main place for veggie choices but the menu would be even better if included something veggie on its Brazilian side. And they have the best clams I ever had! Obrigado!

The pizza is delicious very good. The service was great, and the atmospheres is family-oriented. I definitely recommend this place for anybody that wants to maybe go out to eat with a friend on a date or the whole family.

Their pizza quality is always consistent and they've never been late for a delivery. Great service and they love to support the local community. The only thing is I wish their prices were lower.
Terrific pizza. For us, it's the best pizza on the west side of San Francisco. Thin, crispy crusts and great toppings.
Nice place to stop by quickly for a big slice of pizza topped with a delicious and large piece of mozzarella cheese. Alternatively, their seating in the back offers comfortable booths for larger parties. Friendly and knowledgeable service.
I’ve been going here for years from middle school high school college and even now after I’ve graduated! I’ve loved this place for as long as I can remember, I’ve had my birthday dinners there graduation dinner and much more, the pizza is the best and breadsticks are to die for and if you get the chance to meet Jade she is the kindest and most caring person in the world! If you get the chance to go here you will love it!
