Indian Paradox - San Francisco - Photo album

Not a restaurant, not a cuisine specific foodlet, not a bar, not a snack joint, OMG what is this place, this is indian paradox ! Famous for its wine pairing with indian dishes. Whats in a name, enter with a open mind & palette for wine. Though you can savor just the food by itself, which is fabulou
Had an absolutely delightful time. The ala carte menu offers a wide array of nostalgia tingling Indian street food eats. The tasting menu with wine pairings is a delicious and an educational ride! The owner, also a sommelier is excited to share nuggets of wine knowledge. Restaurant is meticulously a
At first I was surprised by the portion (reaaaally small) but then we decided to take 3 dishes for 2 and it was enough. The taste are great but some dishes were very surprising (the Bhel Puri was cold). The wine is good, service is fast and nice. But please stop putting this 80’s techno music, it’s
Authentic Indian street food in an intimate cozy setting. A little gem on Divis that everyone should check out some time. Brunch on the weekends is a fantastic mix of western brunch dishes and Indian breakfast cuisine. Also Jazz records played on Tuesday nights!
This little place far exceeded my expectations! The food was amazing!!! The Bhel Puri was the most delicious combination of textures and flavors; definitely try it!
Loved everything about the place .. from ambience to food. The lemongrass tea was amazing... So was the Disco egg fry and the Persian style eggs... Absolutely love the place...
So creative! Awesome food and service! Love, love the atmosphere. Will be back.
A unique gastro-bar pairing tangy Indian street food with wine. The personal touch of having the owner and sommelier Kavita present made it an experience worth remembering.
For each Indian snack the owners are recommending a wine in the menu. #wine #indianfood #snacks #smallandcozy #excellentservice
Quite delicious! Fun flavors and new to me Indian items. Lovely intimate space. Our server Avi was very friendly and helpful. Dinner was tasty but I got a peek at the brunch menu and that really looked good! I'm looking forward to checking it out sometime soon. Thank you!
My new favorite Indian restaurant in SF! Owner Kavitha serves sophisticated Indian street food and REALLY knows her wines. The happy hour sampler plate is superb. The place is small and intimate, great for pairs, groups not recommended.
Delicious food, even better service! Cozy atmosphere. The recommend wine pairings were spot on.
Beautiful food and interesting wines in a bright, cozy space! The owner, Kavitha's, love for her food and wine is immediately apparent. The interesting (and deliciously complex) dishes are different from what you get in other Indian restaurants, so it's such a fun chance to try something new!
This place was excellent. If I could give it six stars I would. They have a tasting menu offered at a "per tasting menu" rate, so we were able to share one tasting menu and order additional dishes a la carte. Every single thing we ate was excellent, truly everything. The service was top notch and th
I love this place! Indian Paradox truly is different than any other Indian restaurant I've been to. The wine selection is fantastic and thoughtfully pair with each dish. The Bhel Puri and the Dahi Sev Puri are some of my favorites, if you're not sure where to start. The owner/ chef puts so much tho
Indian cuisine with a twist. You can get classic street food and curated drinks. We went there for Sunday brunch and there is a limited menu of 8 or 9 savory items. The flavors are reminiscent of what you can expect in upscale Mumbai restaurants. Seating is limited 4 or 5 tables, however on a nice d
5 stars for the food - excellent taste..We ordered Dahi Sev Puri, Bhel Puri, Roasted Peanuts, Poha and Dabeli. It was delicious and mouth watering to say the least. Not one item disappointed us and we really enjoyed the food. It is less than a year old and you can say they are still in a startup mo
The food is exquisitely delicate with amazing taste! The personal heart in the preparation by the Chef Owner, Kavita, is generous! A simple environment seems an appropriate backdrop to a gourmet presentation of Indian Street Faire! Yummy!
