Vegan! Deli sandwiches! I always get the tofu on sourdough because I’m not really into fake meats. But a recent bite of the hubby’s chicken steak on a dutch crunch roll may have made me a covert.

I walked in the place is empty sparsly decorated, with one lady behind the counter. Tibetan throat singing is playing in background. I'm overwhelmed by the vegan sandwich selection. And also vegan jerky and other treats. They also sell supplies to make you own.

Decent food, reasonable prices & friendly service. Please note that even though the menu says "Chicken, Duck" etc, this is a VEGAN restaurant.
I ordered the "Vege Smoked Duck" which again is Vegan.

Thank goodness for one of the only restaurants in the area to leave dead bodies of the menu. Defies the stereotype of expensive vegan/veggie food. Open till midnight! They get most of their veggie meat at Layonna vegetarian meat makers in Oakland. The best tasting meat imo are chicken steak and smo
I love this place and go back regularly. Great selection for vegans. Hidden gem - you could easily walk past and miss it! Heads up - cash only.
Great little sandwich shop. Lots of vegan options. Also some Asian products like seaweed.
