Customer service was amazing even though I came like 10 minutes before closing time the lady working was more than happy to make me a pastrami sandwich which in my opinion has to be one of the sloppiest food items to clean up at the end of the day. Food is fine. However, showed up ten minutes before closing, waited five for the current customer to leave, and then had the staff literally lock me out five minutes before closing while I stood there asking "why?" Pretty disappointing customer service.

Worst subway I've been to I. The city. Their price is way higher than everywhere else (6in was nearly as much as foot long everyelse.) The subs are made with min stuff. I had to tell the lady to add extra twice for every topping I wanted.the soda was flat.

I got here before 9:30 pm and it was closed. Their website and door says they are supposed to be open until 10 pm

This particular store is a nightmare. Don't order online because no matter how simple the order, it will be wrong. There is never enough staff to meet the demand. The space is run down. Almost always out of various sodas. The list of complaints goes on....

They are reliably quick and you have choices easy and fairly healthy.staff is generally quite friendly.

Although this location is small and aside from a couple of chairs outside it isn't really a sit down eatery. I have no complaints about the service which is pretty quick. employees here are nice enough.
