Fairly good Vietnamese place that also has Cantonese speaking staff. Dry pho was okay. Their pho with broth tasted better. Imperial roll was a RIP off at 1 PC which was $3.50. Just get their pho.

Hands down best chicken pho noodle soup in San Francisco. Order Pho Long Ga and ask for extra chicken skin.
The whole rom of people waited for almost an hour to get the food. The service is the worst I have ever seen in San Francisco. We will and suggest NEVER come again.
