This place is fantastic! I've come here numerous times, and have tried the pho, vermicelli, and imperial rolls. Everything has been delicious and pretty inexpensive (especially for being close enough to FIDI that it could easily cost more). Lunch time of course is busy, but they're extremely fast when it comes to service so you're usually always seated within a few minutes and out before your lunch is up.
Good bowl of pho at a decent price. Try the BBQ pork w/egg noodle pho. You can have them add bok choy for an extra buck. Limited seating, so try it on the off hours.
