I got to the restaurant about 10 minutes after 8, it was pretty packed, I was seated right away. Hostess was very friendly, she told me my server will be right with me. I knew the restaurant was closing at 9, so I was going to order my food immediately eat and leave.
This was not to be.
The bus boy "Jason" comes, wet rag in hand, to my table and states "I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but we close at 9 so if you could just order your food to go."
I didn't want to overburden Jason or suffer his wrath, plus If the staff doesn't want you there you don't want them handling your food.
I wound up at five guys, so the food gets 5 stars.
After I finished my meal, I swung by the restaurant because I saw bus boy Jason at the front podium greet station and I wanted to say hi and get his name.
They promoted bus boy Jason to greeter while I was gone, service gets 1 star.
I would avoid this place from 730pm on, and on days of the week that end with the letter y.
Their cornbread was so good. I contemplated taking it to go but i have no self control, lol.
Decent BBQ establishment. Food was okay but great price and portion. Clean and friendly staff. Plenty of parking in the plaza lot.
I recently had Famous Dave's cater for a small birthday party (8-10 people). The catering ordering was very easy with a polite and helpful employee. A confirmation and reminder was sent before the event. The delivery person quickly and efficiently set it up and provided all of the necessary utensils. Unfortunately she was involved in a fender bender on the way so was a little late, but they comped me with a free pie for the delay! The food was excellent (especially the brisket)--I thought I would have too much but everyone ate it up and complimented it, asking who provided it. I would definitely use them again.
We were seated right away. We come here for the ribs and brisket. It’s the best brisket we’ve had! The waiter was attentive and very friendly and it was easy to get service when we needed something. Great food and super friendly!

Coming here you get a friendly greeting and seated in no time. Your order gets taken by a helpful employee, when your not sure what to order they will answer any question you have. When you order your drink, you'll love the size of your cup. What to order may take you some time to figure out because all their food is delicious!
Wonder place to eat. On top of the excellent service there is little wait time. Our food is always hot and served promptly. Good family place to eat .
Came here several times for the Happy Hour... Decent value. I get the rib tips and tap beer - lately the rib tips seem to be juicy and not leathery. Only once before I was served rib tips that would have rivaled heat-lamped shoe leather.
