Claw Shack - San Jose - Photo album

We wanted to try a different seafood spot since we always go to the same spot so we decided to go to Claw Shack. We got the mild 1lb shrimp, 1 lb crawfish combo with the Shambalang sauce and an order of garlic noodles. Mild flavor was had a kick of slight spiciness which is the perfect mildness I wa
The food was absolutely delicious, especially with the hot spice level that I chose, and it didn't disappoint! The service was impressive as well, with our food arriving promptly, and the servers consistently refilling our drinks without any oversight. It was an overall fantastic experience; however
Comparably good compared to the other popular seafood boil places in the area, with similar wait times. The shambalang sauce was a hit, but I felt their garlic butter could have been more garlicky and buttery. Wings were delicious as well--tried the lemon pepper (crispy and tangy) and the garlic hon
Amazing seafood experience especially their speciality sauces. Their bread rolls and corn go very well with those sauces apart from your choice of seafood. Go have a memorable meal!
The clams ran out when we went so we opted for the mussel/headless shrimp combo in Shambalang sauce and a side of garlic noodles. It was a lot for the 3 of us eaters. I was surprised by the size of the shrimp. Yum!
This order was a special request from family members living out of town. Clawshack is one of the best seafood boil this side of the bayarea. They never seem to run out of people who patiently wait for a table to open. You really get to enjoy a delicious dining experience from a simple menu enhanced
Love the shakie sauce very much. The food is served quickly and hot. We four ordered shrimp clam and mussel, all are very fresh and clean. This is a wonderful place for seafood.
This place is hidden gem. While Boiling Crab and Kicking Crab get all the press, this is actually a really good alternative to getting the Cajun-ish styled seafood in a bag. The pluses are: - Great fresh seafood, the headless shrimps are particularly great. - Good prices given the quality of the fo
The food is very good the seafood is so 😫😫😫 but sometimes they give you alot a sauce or they also could give you very little sauce so I would recommend to order extra sauce.
Second time coming here because the food is extremely tasty. You get good portions for a great price. The staff gets food out to you pretty quickly. However, the Garlic Noodles had a “tap water” taste this time around. It was a hard taste to mask.
The food was so good, eating with your hands and getting messy is fun. The service was great
Super weird place that should definitely be experienced! The delicious seafood is served in plastic bags on the table and you get to dig into it wearing latex gloves and plastic bibs, sharing a bag with your friends. Great taste though!
Great place to eat, some of the best cajun I've had in a long time. Went for a friend's birthday and the service was fast and friendly Food was at our table in less than what felt like 15 20 mins, seafood was NOT covered in a 2inch layer of oil, which is something ive come to expect at this style
Great seafood boil place in South Bay area. Be prepared for a long wait. Get their garlic noodle and chicken wings.
Loved how they added outdoor seating! And absolutely loved that this place has survived the pandemic!! Food quality is always great here. Fresh seafood, quick service, and the staff is very attentive and friendly. Had the clam chowder here, and I can honestly say it's on par, or maybe even better t
The Gumbo has so much flavor! Friendly staff!
