Ordered an egg, bacon gouda sandwich. My favorite iced coffee. Was a lot faster than I expected! People behind the counter were very friendly and attentive. Sat down and enjoyed my coffee, killed some time. Much appreciated.

I asked for the free hot chocolate on Christmas weekend and the front store person did not know about it so they confirmed with the back manager and got me one. The restrooms were clean.

The service in this Starbucks is always impeccable. I never wait for more than 3 minutes for my order to be ready. It's also conveniently close to the SJC airport. I had a strawberry acai and a breakfast sandwich, and it was out before I was even able to sit down and wait.
As a former barista, Thao Lee isn’t a very before good barista, clearly she has no clue on how to remind fellow baristas of putting her partner numbers before making a purchase.
