If you're looking for an intimate sushi experience, Sam (the owner) will take care of you. He always has fresh sashimi, great rolls and there's always something new. Owned and operated by the same family for years, you know this place is the real deal.

AWESOME. This place has the perfect blend of good quality Japanese food, decent prices and personable service. We've known Sam, the owner & sushi chef, for years and his food is consistently good. And he's a very personable, kind and generous host & person. We love this place and highly recommend it. :) ****

This restaurant was recommended to me by a friend and I finally got a chance to try it. Since I moved to this area I've been looking for a good solid go to sushi place. This place excellently fills that void. There are a lot of fun and creative rolls but also just really good solid sushi. When they say something is extra spicy it is actually extra spicy. I really recommend the raider roll. so far I felt lucky it hasn't been super crowded when I've been there, it seems like there's always a steady stream of people but you won't have to wait forever for a table.

A moderately priced sushi restaurant. The staff is incredibly nice, and the music was good. The fish for sushi and sashimi was very good quality. The blue fin tuna is amazing for the price. The only major complaint for the food quality overall was the rice. In both the sushi and bowl of rice I received the rice was dry and spongy, and while palatable, was not an enjoyable experience.

Outstanding Japanese and sushi restaurant in the Bloom Plaza at Blossom Hill and Snell Avenue. Very tasty Sushi, soups, gyoza, and salads. Excellent Sushi chefs that are fun to watch if you are sitting at the counter. Very friendly staff with good service. Plenty of free parking out front.

My wife and I go here alot. We love the Sushi and Sam, Diane and the crew are the best. For a special experience, sit at the Sushi bar, tell Sam what you like and let him surprise you. It's the finest, freshest and best presented Sushi around. ...finish with an Uni shooter.

Sam and the crew dish up amazing rolls and nigiri. I've been here countless times and will be back sooner than later for my go to combo. The crazy roll and the foxy, maybe a side of sake nigiri too! My kids go teryaki chicken and samosa, all smiles. Tuna2rd,,, as in tuna in and out, that is amazing. And if you love salmon like I do, Sam will square that for you instead. Thanks Sam!

Very fresh sushi, friendly staff. I'm a neighborhood local and would have given 5 stars by prior experience but the last few times I've been here the experience wasn't up to the standard set by prior visits.

Hands down one of the best places to enjoy traditional sushi. You have to sit at the bar and let Sam make his tasty creations for you. You will not be disappointed!

Super friendly, timely service, checked on us frequently but not so frequently we felt disturbed. Middle of the road sushi, veggie/vegan options available. I would eat here again.

It was a little expensive (compared to other Japanese restaurants) and I got a little annoyed about the flies that were flying around my food. It might be because they left the door open. Other than that, the food was fine.
