Ramen Tenma - San Jose - Photo album

Simple (because I order simple menu, Original Japanese Ramen is quite simple, we don’t put everything on it like American Sushi) and great broth (Mr. Sena put so much work on it), also the best thin noodle!! Realistic Okinawan ramen; thick and a bit salty, for replacement of noodles (Kaedama). The
Great place for ramen. Small, with a great atmosphere. Friendly staff. I had the Spicy Ramen and added an egg. Really enjoyed the broth, with just enough heat.
Great service of a mom and pop shop feeling. I went a bit late during lunch hrs with a friend. There was only one person working there and serving everything. He made it look so effortless. They got some brain quests for you by the counters while ur waiting for your food. What I like about this plac
Cozy ramen shop with yummy noodles and extremely reasonable prices (taxes included in the menu price - just like in Japan). The Tenma Ramen is a great starter deal. The staff is always friendly. The owner/chef's personality comes through. He plays quite a bit of 70s disco and funk (not too loud). Th
After having moved to Klamath Falls Oregon, this is the one place I miss so much. If I ever get back into San Jose for any reason I will promise to visit my most favorite Ramen shop in the world. Sena san, we miss your Ramen. Ahhhhh, still the best.
Tenma original + all-star topping. Simple but delicious ramen. One of the best you can find around the South Bay.
Tasty Okinawa style Ramen, with sweet corn on top of Ramen noodles.
Great food, great friendly service. Small neighborhood restaurant. Recommended.
Can't say enough about how amazing our first experience here was. Incredible service and delicious ramen that feeds your soul. Love it!
Traditional family run Ramen place. The staff were incredibly friendly. Food was well prepared and delicious. It was a pleasant experience and I will be returning when I'm in the area. It's hard to find good value food sometimes so it was an enjoyable change as 3 of us only had a 60 dollar bill for
Watching the chef work is super fun and there’s a bunch of writing on the walls to keep you amused as you wait. I love that there is a taken for everyone. I love their Okinawa bowl even though it always ends up making me feel extra stuffed but it’s worth the full stomach.
Delicious food, great pricing, generous portions, lots of options, and very friendly staff. Tenma Ramen consistently excels with its food and atmosphere. The head chef (I believe his name is Senna) is the only face you'll see in the kitchen, and you'll never see him without his signature warm, invit
One and only Okinawa Love Ramen Tenma! Mr Senaga was a disciple of Ramen Halu who has mastered the Tonkotsu ramen and made some Okinawa twists are amazing! Gotta try! Gotta Have it! Delicious chewy non saggy noodles and amazing soups and toppings filled with Umami! Very friendly and cozy😊
Have been coming here for years, went this last weekend. I was able to enjoy the spicy ramen outside, good service, great food. Its been a hard year for most businesses, but this place hasn't changed, still as delicious as always. They are following all covid-19 guidelines, will definitely be back.
Ordered Original Tenma. Delicious ramen. Great and friendly service. Fast. Reasonable price between $10-$19. Can add any additional toppings with additional $1-$9 costs. Will back again for sure.
