Oveja Negra is located on the third floor of Hotel Valencia in San Jose. It is a tapas restaurant that serves small, flavorful dishes. I recently tried a few of their dishes, which were good. Oh my gosh, this place hit a home run with every single dish we ordered (and we ordered a lot)! The Aviance needed some help, but the food was amazing on every level.
