We stayed here to attend the Christmas tree lighting and to have a nice overnight staycation. The check in process was really easy and the staff are all extremely pleasant. The room was spacious, with a nice bathroom and really comfy bed. I actually slept better on their mattress than I do at home.

Great experience! We were greeted upon arrival and offered complimentary water. I had asked for a mini fridge since my room did not come with one and they brought one up immediately. Room was spacious and everything nice laid out. Loved the separate bath tub and shower. Great view of the area.
Loved this hotel. Beautiful room design (I was told the South Wing recently went through rennovations). Comfortable beds, however pool was my favorite. Starting from reservations, this hotel really has their manners and etiquette in place. So important to me as I travel that people are kind and look for the best value for your stay.
