Amazing. This is absolutely the best Japanese restaurant that I have eaten in. It is rather small and plain, but the food is great! When we went there, after 8 p.m. on a Sunday night, there were people waiting for a table, which we took as a good sign for the quality of the food. Most of the tables were taken by Japanese people - another good sign about the quality of the food. The menu had many choices that I had never heard of before. I had smoked salmon sashimi, which just melted in my mouth. My friend had a green salad with crab balls and a white dressing, which she also declared to be excellent. I just wish that out of the very many Japanese restaurants in Santa Cruz, we had one like this one.

Great place. We were happy to find this gem. Delicious fresh rolls. They have two very good specials, all you can eat for $35 ,three items at a time no take out of leftovers and $19 for three rolls with soup, salad and tempura. I didn’t give them the fifth star however because they never brought my tempura, only the dipping sauce for it. We had a wonderful meal.

The all you can eat menu is huge. You are only able to order 3 items at once. That said, they are quick to get you the order so you aren't waiting long after ordering. Also note that the rolls are 4 slices instead of 6 or 8. They are noticeable larger though, about 50%.

Nice intimate setting, helpful staff and good sized rolls. They have all you can eat lunch and dinner specials, which is great if you want to try a variety of sushi. The price was about average for good sushi

Good food, presented well - as always. Generally prompt and accurate service. I had 'trainee' last night. She was very attentive, but still learning the restaraunt processes, with the support of other staff.

Super chill place to have some sushi and a pitcher of Sapporo. Crowd is mostly between the age 20 - 30 which makes it lively. I ordered Philadelphia, Phoenix and Crispy Cobra. All were good.

Good fresh sushi but expect longer wait times for food items if busy

The owner's of Sushi Infinity allowed me in their establishment before opening to get some photos. I noticed two people waiting outside, then it turned to three, five, seven until one of the owners told me they had to open the doors. I finished snapping the photos as the patrons entered Sushi Infinity. Let me tell you I enjoyed my lunch and at a very good price. I had the Super California Roll and the Avocado Roll. Wow I'm not sure why this place is not on the map so I'm putting them on it. They are not like any ordinary sushi place where they open for lunch then close and open for dinner. They are unique and are open from 11 A.M. - 9:30 P.M. No Breaks... No kidding. There menu is Unique too. Take a look for yourself! You've got to try Sushi Infinity they go above and beyond!

This has been my go-to for AYCE sushi since the first time I tried it in 2012. The value was fantastic back then, and remains so even now. The menu descriptions are accurate, and the rolls deliver as advertised. Service can be slow during busy times, so plan your orders in advance to minimize downtime.

Ok so my favorite rolls to ALWAYS get when doing sushi is the lion King. They make it pretty great here! The ambiance is so so, but service is good and overall it's solid. If you're in downtown San Jose, CA come on down to Sushi Infinity! Good rolls and good times!

I stumbled across this place a little while ago. They do a all you can eat sushi that is a really good value. You can order a three rolls at a time, but they are actually made fresh as they are ordered. Very tasty rolls and sashimi. They have other tasty items if you don't feel like eating that much. If you are in the area, go check them out!

Stopped here before a sharks game and was not let down! Some of the best sushi in my opinion. They offer an all you can eat option that was tempting but we declined Instead we went with a similar purchase plan where we selected a few rolls each and was quite a filling. Foods came out quickly, waitress was awesome, im actually wanting to go back soon.
