Excellent restaurant, great pho. Open late, perfect for after a long bar night. Dont expect the greatest service, but the food is well worth it.
It’s like you’re eating at your favorite Asian grandma’s house! The food is homemade and yummy. And also the heater is never on, so if you come for dinner, dress warm lol! And they have both Vietnamese and Filipino food, a great mix!

When you enter this place you'll see anime drawings alongside what looks like some of their menu items. Had the pho and it was solid, although was given the wrong meat and it was to go so didn't realize until later. If you're in the area try to check them out. Didn't notice some Vietnamese / Filipino dishes on their menu.
Great bowl of pho with thick slices of rare and tender beef. Meat ball is only ok. The broth is light but tasty. Extensive menu including some Filipino dishes. Easy to miss location right off 680 on Landess at Target entrance. Opens super early.
It's not the best pho I've ever had but at 2am when it's the only option, it more than hits the spot. The staff are a bunch of friendly older aunts and uncles and they work hard. Broth was decent, portion size was good, price is good. They don't joke around about the big bone because it's a big bone with lots of juicy bits to cut off. I would stay away from the crispy pork fat (tóp mõ) cus it was no longer crispy at this time of night. Will definitely come back again.
2/5/2023 @10:30am, not crowded. Order at counter then choose any table to sit. Main dishes are acceptable. Cafe Su Da has no coffee. All I taste is condensed milk. Served in a soda cup looks like they don't clear the table and clean the tables very well. Self serve ice water from a pitcher.
This is a good pho place especially if you crave it late at night or maybe even after clubbing! The ordering process is fast you pay first then you get to sit down and wait for your food! Keep in mind it can get really busy at times
I highly recommend pho Mai for the late night diners. The food is decent considering there are very limited options when it comes to late late dinner. Com tam is consistently good. Bun Bo Hue is acceptable. Banh xeo is not too oily and actually one of the best I have had in San Jose. Drinks and smoothies are decent. Service and workers are very friendly.
Good food and good service. Wait might be long during peak hours but the food is worth the wait. We had the chicken satay, grilled chicken over rice and chicken pho. Everything was tasty and the portion size is good too.
Pulled up at 12AM on a wesnesday and it was packed. They got the foods here
The Best wonton soup!!! Everything that you order here will be DELICIOUS!!! Outdoor and indoor seating available. So cute with the tea lights heaters and fire outside!! Open till 2am! They are very nice too!
One of the only pho places that opens late which means …. Go to drunchies destination
If you’re here for good service and earth shattering food then stay away this isn’t for you (as with most authentic Asian places)
But great if you want viet and other SE asian stuff late night on a Friday.
Their big bone soup deserves a shout out - for those who are not snobby about food and enjoy marrow & tendon & connective tissues right off a beef bone in all its glory
No wonder it’s called #1! Super yummy!!!! ❤️ Great variety and excellent flavors. I ordered a small Meatball pho and was very surprised by the taste and the portions. Will definitely go here again!!!
As i write this review, i am so full now! I ordered the #107 Grilled liempo with rice and the serving is quite big for my body size. Price is $8.75 only. My husband ordered Pad Thai which according to him, he likes pad thai here better than the other store.
