best store bought pie I've ever had definitely tastes homemade because it is homemade and all though its expensive even for a tiny one it is so decidennt that it is worth it. I can't wait to see the guests faces when they bite into it tonight for thanksgiving.
My colleagues live in the area and they praise enthusiastically about the quality of their products, especially the deli section.
I finally had a chance to stop by here today. I called in my order and they fax orders too. I ordered a sandwich w/roast beef, premium ham and pepper jack on a sourdough slice.
It was delicious, the meat was fresh and bread was soft. My only mistake was that I ordered a reg instead of the large! Next time I'll have to try their panini's too! They looked so good in the display window.
This is the BEST local grocery in the Bay Area!! Their food and wine selections are amazing, and their customer service is top notch. I ordered a gift basket (very last minute) for my mom and Khadija Zanotto made a fabulous arrangement. I would recommend to anyone to order a gift basket for their friend's or family's next special occasion as gourmet foods are always a fun and wonderful gift!! It was my mom's 70th birthday, so I got something a bit more indulgent, but they can make baskets for a number of price points. Khadija was absolutely amazing- so warm and kind, and it sounds like she loves making thoughtful selections and arranging them. Thank you! <3
This location is probably my favorite neighborhood market to visit in all of San Jose. The customer service is always impeccable and for its size, there's a great amount of selection. I've been pleasantly surprised to see a few of my favorite items that are sometimes hard to find in larger stores in stock.
A few of the departments (produce, meat, etc.) have a more limited selection than larger grocery stores I frequent but the friendly smiles from staff and extremely helpful customer service make up for it.
If you live within walking distance of this Zanotto's, you definitely need to incorporate a visit into your weekly grocery strategy.

They are also carrying Flashygreetings which are designed to slip over the tops of beverages. These decorative greetings light up any party.
We attended this month's wine paring Wednesday night event. So much fun! It felt like hanging out with old friends. We feel grateful to the Zanotto family for making us feel special.

Love this place and their deli. If you're looking for a great deli sandwich then you have come to the right place. Also, check out their BBQ meats section. I took a ribeye that was bbqed earlier and it was great. Can't go wrong here. A great market in Willow Glen.
Still my favorite family owned grocery! Every year the selection gets better, and they do a great job featuring local vendors. No matter what random ingredients I need, they seem to have it.
This is an awesome grocery store! They carry a wide variety of high quality products and groceries. You will also find a great deli/sushi/desserts and hot case with ready made things. There beer selection is AMAZING. Super fan.
An amazing neighborhood grocery store with AMAZING sandwiches. Everyone who works here is super nice. Parking is ample and there's a bike rack right outside. Great selection of beer and wine. Fresh made hummus. My only question is why the Zanottos in the Rose Garden offers hummus on their sandwiches and this one doesn't. Don't get me wrong, a sandwich doesn't need hummus to be delicious, just seems like an easy way to add some vegan protein. Though.....They could add tofu or seitan =)
Great service and OUTSTANDING meat selection. If you've never tried any of the Zanatto's sausages, you're missing an incredible experience! The spicy Italian sausage and the beer brats are my go tos. They are wonderful! Had been going to the Zanato's in downtown SJ but get the same great food and service here at the Willow Glen location. Store is clean, well maintained and the staff are VERY helpful.
Good quality sandwiches, veggies, breads, dessert, wines and awesome craft beer selection.

Zanotto’s has proven to be my goto picnic, happy hour, deli sandwich and grocery store sushi place. The Italiano sando is one of my favorites-just circle “italiano” on the order form-don’t deviate from the recipe please. Ready made picnic boxes from sando’s, charcuterie, burritos, spinach dip, hummus and lots more. A hug selection of cold beverages to wash it down. Taco Works chips!! Five dollar sushi friyays!! Folks are super nice here plenty of parking. There’s a Starbucks in the center for your caffeine needs. Cheers!
Hands down the best grocery store ever. Their meat counter is vast and everything in it is fresh and good quality. Their sushi counter is surprisingly fantastic with ready made, fresh sushi hand rolled by the amazing staff, and if you want something custom, they will do that too. The deli counter is where the real difference is-you can order your sandwiches any way you want them, with fresh baked breads, fresh sliced meats and quality produce. Their salad and soup bar is noteworthy and all of their staff is friendly, hard working and quite responsive if you need something. I won't say they are the cheapest in town, but their prices, considering the quality of offerings, including MANY imported speciality items, it's well worth the cost. Big chain stores cannot compete with their quality and selections. We truly LOVE Zanotto's.
Wonderful family owned grocery store. Great selection of Italian and specialty food products, prepared meals and gifts. Wine, beer and spirits selection is excellent, and I buy gift cards for teachers, friends and family, as there is absolutely something for every taste and budget. Holidays offer delightful treats from around the world. Prices are reasonable for the exceptional quality.
I love this market for beer selection, specialty cheese/candy/treats, local baked goods, and an excellent butcher & meat selection. It's alsonsuper convenient with respect to my location, and well managed. They have been great during the pandemic and are doing a solid job providing a safe shopping experience. Service is always excellent. The meat department is awesome. Deli section is also good. Love Sushi Fridays! Been a bit disappointed with the quality of produce (plums overripe, oranges seem a bit stale) but I have seen improvement over the past few weeks. Overall, nice place for groceries.
This place is fantastic. The selection is unlike you can find anywhere. The service is amazing. And the deli OMG. We drive for 15 minutes to come to this place every couple weeks it's great
