Delicious Sunday Brunch! Make sure to arrive early because it gets packed. Staff was very friendly I was able to get a half waffle and omelet. The country potatoes are sautéed and seasoned. My friend got the Benedict and was not a fan of the hollandaise sauce they used.
Nice little breakfast place, not too busy on a Saturday morning.
Comfortable and clean with very friendly and efficient service.
Parking is free and plentiful.
Food was decent, those who like oily crispy hash browns will be delighted.
To my personal taste the Coffee was mediocre but dark and serviceable.
Prices were very good for the area.
Came here on a whim and was anything but disappointed 10/10 🌟!!!! Had the Wednesday steak breakfast burrito special and have to say it was one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. They also kept the coffee flowing and never got to under ¼ cup before they came by and refilled it. Hash browns were crispy and great, especially with a little hot sauce on top. Might have to come back before I leave the area. If you're unsure where to go for breakfast, give this place a try. Can't speak for the other locations, but if they're as good as this one, you'll leave full and happy.
Food was good but not excellent. There was a sense of carelessness in preparation and presentation. My Tri-tip Benedict had hollandaise sauce stuck on the side of fruit salad; beef stakes were diced in all sorts of shapes but still tender, 😁 maybe I am too picky. My plate was lukewarm, they probably waited to have them sent at the same time. Fries were not crunchy, burger meat was supposed to be well done as requested but came out as medium which was fine.
Service was friendly and polite. They checked on us a couple of times. The ambience was warm, cozy and comfortable, setting it right for Sunday brunch. I shall be back.
Recently, I visited my brother at San Jose. He introduced me to Bill's Cafe, a renowned brunch spot that has gained immense popularity among food enthusiasts. From the moment I stepped inside, I could feel the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that sets Bill's Cafe apart from the rest.
I must mention that the portion sizes at Bill's Cafe can be quite generous. It is advisable to share your meal with a friend or family member to avoid feeling overwhelmed by the quantity of food on your plate. Fortunately, the cafe understands this concern and offers a mini menu option, allowing customers to order half portions. This thoughtful approach not only ensures that patrons can enjoy a variety of dishes but also prevents unnecessary food waste.
Bill's Cafe is a must-visit for brunch lovers seeking a delightful culinary adventure. With its mouthwatering dishes, accommodating portion sizes, and attentive service, it's easy to see why this cafe has garnered such a stellar reputation. So, gather your loved ones and indulge in a memorable brunch experience at Bill's Cafe. You won't be disappointed!
Every single thing about this place is just perfect. We got a Steak skillet with green salsa (day's special) and it was absolutely special! Salsa was fresh and flavorful. We also got the smoked salmon benedict and enjoyed it a lot. Our server, Claudia, was super nice and caring. Checked on us multiple times to make sure we are enjoying our meal. Such a great experience. Definitely worth the 15 minutes wait on a Saturday noon.
Love all the Hobee this one has plenty of parking. Food is fantastic and coffee is good and hot. Their spicy tea is great also. Steak is a real steak.
Great food! 🤗 Mediocre service. 😕
Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly but our waitress was a little forgetful at times. Asked her twice for coffee creamer, brought us the wrong plate of food and only realized after she brought the right plate. Overall, very nice experience and will definitely be back.
Came here for brunch. Ordered what we used to order - Bread pudding French Toast and Crab Cake Egg Benedict. Tasted great! One thing I didn’t like was there is some grease on the ketchup bottle. It must be from the previous customer.
Awesome brunch! Really enjoyed the crab cake Benedict. The crab cake is very crispy outside and suits well with the benedict. The omelette is a little too salty by the bacon, ham, etc. inside. I switched the potato sides to fruit, and the fruit is super fresh and delicious!
Super fast and friendly service! I feel like I barely sat down ordered and already our food was at our table within a few minutes hot and fresh! You can always expect consistency and delicious food when you come to Bills. A Bay Area gem for sure!! It does get busy but I feel the wait is not long. People are always in and out.
I had breakfast here with my friend and it was pretty good. The portions are decently sized and you will get out happy after spending your time and money here. The fresh garden omelette we as pretty good and the pan cake was also decent. The pancake was not sugary at all, which definitely was a plus.
Excellent service. Waiter answered our questions, and based on our questions even offered suggestions. Very knowledgeable. I started with fresh OJ, and a cup of Greek lemon soup, followed by veggie quesadilla and hash browns. Wife had crab Benedict that was customized and a side of fruit. Very filling breakfast!
Amazing breakfast place! We come here every time we're on Steven's Creek. Our favorite dish is California Benedict.
*Crab cake Benedicts* here are the best in town. Asked for extra toasted hash browns and it turned out to be good. Felt that the Benedicts here are tastier than omelettes. Omelettes were a bit dry. Loved their freshly squeezed orange juice (one of the few places to provide this). Hot chocolate was okay.
If you're looking for an upgrade over Denny's for brunch then this is the place.
There will usually be around 15-30 minutes wait time to get a table. May be more on busier times. When you sign up in their waiting queue, you can see the estimated wait time, where you are in the queue and you'd get a text whenever your table is ready which is nice.
I have been coming for years. Bills Steak & Eggs. It always seemed like such a good value. @ $24.99 Kinda starts to make you wonder about price & value? 🤷♂️
Great little spot for brunch. Nice and clean atmosphere. I had the cinnamon roll french toast, and it was delicious. Generous portion sizes. I ordered to go and they have a shelf that makes pickup easy.
Local breakfast spot in a grocery store strip mall. They have all the greatest hits. Eggs-bacon-potatoes-waffles-pancakes kind of place. They keep the coffee hot & flowing - much appreciated.
Build your own omelette. Spinach, mushrooms, bacon, Swiss cheese. Hash browns and wheat toast. Food came out quick & hot. Nice portion, full plate.
Service was very friendly.
