Best boba drink in the area. There are lot of these around San Jose but they make their drinks fresh here so it tastes very different than the standard boba drinks. Banh-mi, including the tofu one, are very tasty. Sides like waffle fries and sweet potato fries are yummy. Parking is a bit tricky but

The banh mi are decent and the boba tea is pretty good. A little on the expensive side, but there are few places that offer Tea and Banh mi's in the same location.
