This is a fabulous McDonald's world-class customer service dined in great people around me I even spoke to a gentleman that was reading a newspaper which is very rare learned quite a bit about him and how technology really is not for him I told him absolutely I agree with you as technology has made people not very smart relying on the tech companies which all they do is promote propaganda for the government that should not be and he agreed great atmosphere plenty of parking even during lunch time

I decided to visit again because the business section said their revenue was up again. I went for lunch and I didn't see as many people as I expected, but it was still doing good business. The drive thru was closed for some construction at the time and I am sure it will reopen soon. The place is clean and has large windows out on the strip mall. Free wifi is nice. The refills are free for customers dining in. I had the Mini meal with the double cheeseburger and it was OK, not great, but it was reliable food anywhere you go. The cashier was friendly and smiled. Here is what McDonalds needs to work on; the menu board is now a flat panel screen and it is not good. It's just not organized well, and the kids meals are not even on it, they are on a paper menu taped to the side of the ordering counter. The menu board is simply in need of better execution so I deducted one star. This location is local to me and it is my go to place, but lately the new corporate management has done more to frustrate me and keep me out than draw me, and new customers back in.
Update: mirroring the economy, this place is slow.
Update: the free McChicken was good. I used their rewards for it. Restaurant has picked up, mostly drive thru and door dash.
Update: Still a nice neighborhood McDonald's. Clean, efficient and I enjoyed my sausage egg McMuffin.

Ever been to a McDonald's? While this is a McDonald's! McDonald's! If you've never been to McDonald's, Donald's, where have you been this entire time? I'm? But this is a clean nice place. Clean nice place. The employees were nice. The nice. The food was McDonald's food. I really do like the chicken nuggets I really do like the chicken nuggets, I don't know what they put in them but everyone's while we get a craving and them but everyone's wildly get a craving for them! Also they're cookies also their cookies are nice especially the chocolate chip ones. If you come one superior if you come here I hope you enjoy!

I have to be honest: I don't really like McDonald's. I went when it was freezing and pouring down rain, and I needed something--FAST. As I was at Safeway (and didn't want to pay Starbucks prices), I decided to go to McDonald's.
My only issue was with ordering. There are two boxes, but there's only one line, so if I finish ordering, but the person ahead of me isn't done, I still have to wait in line until he's done. This doesn't make much sense to me, but whatever. I got my coffee (eventually), and for, what, fifty bucks less than Starbucks? (Yes, that's an exaggeration.)
So I didn't get any food, but the coffee hit the spot and warmed me up.

Placed an order online for an item sold out in stores or only available online. Was very happy it was able to be ordered and sent to my nearest store for pick up, it was a big ticket $$$ item and did not want to risk home delivery and it sitting on my front porch. I received an email from when it arrived at the store & ready for pick up. Went showed them my email and CA DL and was seamless. Thank you best buy of Blossom Hill!

I eat there or eat food FROM there quite often, which increases the chances for a wrong order by quite a bit. They get it RIGHT WAY more often than wrong.
when it's wrong... I think the person taking drive-thru orders is 1) multi-tasking too much and/or 2) operating with bad audio hardware.

They never get the order right. The manager Florida is rude as hell. No I will not vote for you to get $15 an hour. You don't even deserve $10. Get it right. You just lost more customers!
