Only place that sells salmon burritos locally.
Very Shrimp orientated but also a couple fish choices as well. Their bowls and Tuesday tacos are their best options to me.
Lobster bowl was delicious! Definitely finished way too fast before I could snap a picture. The floor was a bit sticky near the bathroom. Nice atmosphere.

I order my favorite dish every two weeks - the shrimp trio. It costs $13.99.
The shrimps are always fresh and cooked very well. Sauce is creamy and a little bit spicy. I love cheese that covered tacos.
I highly recommend it to try.

One of the last Rubio's in the area. Food is not bad for fast food. Prices have gone up like everywhere else. The Plaza is still relatively new so it benefits this facility. Not to busy at the time of our visit. Most orders appeared to be online orders based on the bags waiting for picking up.
This is one of the best places to order great tasting shrimp period! I enjoyed having the al pastor shrimp bowl for lunch. There is a lot of seats available including outside seating and the waiting time is around 5 to 10 min. I definitely recommend 👌👌
It was my first time at Rubio's and the food was really great. I had a three taco plate and it really good. I had to customize it by myself by adding some lemon and sauce. Clean inside out and never too crowded. One of my kids' favorite. Their bowls, tacos and burritos may not be the most authentic, but plenty delicious.
Food was great. Our cashier was very nice. Just took a bit long to get our order, but overall pretty good.

The food is really good but don't order online through the rubios order. Charged me 2x, and the store never got my order so I paid for a third time and still had to wait even longer for them to make it once I got to the store.
I order online and pick up. Sometimes the wait is 30+ min even though the website says 10 min. They get really busy, just wish the site would estimate the pick up time appropriately.
